    205/65/15 on steel pugs, the back coilover had to be cranked all the way up

    the fuel pump can get bound up if the car sits for a while, ive acquired many Subaru's that way, buy it cheap, than smack the fuel pump, than its starts pumping, and you drive it away. and piss off the previous owner

    i did a full engine seal ,smoke again... and the powersteering rack leaked fluid right on top of the down pipe, arrgggg more work, more smoke

    i would go to outerbanks in a heartbeat, what a beautiful part of the world. its a 12 to 14 hour drive for me

    wheel bearings are a P I A , although some auto parts stores like car quest, will press them in for you.. at auto zone you can rent for free a big c clamp ball joint tool, but you need an air compressor and an impact wrench..

    you can clean them , also it could be a temp sensor, there are two of them one is for the Gage and the other for the engine computer. there are also junkyards you could go to, Ive never had one go bad.. check everything else first.

    Are the ea81 engines getting hard to find, im looking at a 1978 brat, nice shape but the engine is kinda rough, i saw a rebuilt long block on ebay. 1650 bucks.. yikes, more then twice the price of the brat... what about a ea82 up grade or is that an up grade ? downgrade?

    walmart sells a long transmission oil funnel for $1.99 , come on its not that bad, although the stupid air conditioning hose is in the way.

    i had the same thing happen to me, it was the holding spring rubbing on something. if finally went away, it must have worn down or something

    in michigan you cant have an open container ,or consume drinks in public. you can in a bar, in a home, or in your yard, but not in the street in front of your yard

    in Michigan we can go to the state police and have them fill out a form verifying the Vin, than go to the dmv and fill out an affidavit, stating we own the vehicle. if there are no liens they issue a title, as long as it hasn't been stolen
