  1. all of my loyales dont have foam inside the bumper, they only have a light ( 16 guage) backing frame , covered with a plastic shell. i think the lights would vibrate a lot, unless you mounted them with a heavier steel backing plate
  2. you will have to spend alot of cash , "oil leaks" sounds like a full t belt and cam seal,gasket job to me . but .... i could never find a hatch out east, id get it in a second out here
  3. can you hear the fuel pump whurring , its underneth the right rear passengers side , try tapping the pump with a hamer handle, my lil loyale does that all the time
  4. the moustache bar holds the back of the diff, if removed you can pivot the diff a little bit . no need to drop the whole rear suspention. the bar is shaped like a handlebar moustache

  7. im running 205 65 15s on my wagon, i take it you dont have a hi/lo manual trans, i usally run in low all the time im off pavment , basically 45 mph is like running 60 mph , i can climb hills no problem, but i dont have mountains here
  8. you could check your 02 sensor, my 86 ran alot better when i fixed the wire that got burnt
  9. is this a push button auto trans ?? you may have different size tires on it, or different types of tires. or even some worn tires mixed with new tires . if you can try to take the car to some loose sand or dirt and then try to take it out of 4x4
  10. it has two front driveshafts, i think its much better than one shaft, their idiots

  12. so is the lower raidiator support strong enough to support a skid plate ???
  13. i had the same problem, it ended up being a corroded ground strap, their about 5 different ground wires on the engine
  14. i suppose uphill you could have blowby causing a drop in compression
  15. im looking for ideas for homade skid plates, im interested in the mounting fabrication, i dont have moutains or big rocks here in michigan, i need the real life proven ( big dented skid plates) off road proven ideas, thanks to all in advance for the pics.........Ivan
  16. you definatly dont want your water pump to quit running, could cause alot of trouble if your not paying attention to the guages

  19. i put 195 70 15 tires on without a lift kit
  20. wow thats very configurable, lots of diferent tc imputs, rtd's even a 4 to 20 mill amp input..awsome, many other uses
  21. intermittent problems are usally caused by a bad or corroded ground connection

  23. i use it on all my exhaust welds, it helps alot, they always rust out at the welds. now they just rust from the inside
  24. omg thats not supposed to happen. their is a difference between a 2wd and a 4wd .. either a nippondenso or a hatachi disty, my supplier gets it wrong all the time, frustrating
