  1. I think this is the next cheap thing for TW10. Need to run out to the Junkyard anyhow. Maybe I'll find yet another arm that also fits onto the spline.
  2. Are those Gas Charged and valved? (I am really beating a dead horse..)-->
  3. One of the two 60-Series which participated in the 1985 Paris-Dakar.
  4. Had a bling light and tail light blow on me tonight, WTF Legacy!? these bulbs are only a year old.
  5. 2012 Dakar! The bet race in the world. (To bad its not in Africa anymore) Argentina Chile Puru http://www.dakar.com/index_DAKus.html
  6. Was that built on an old EA82 chassis? I see a GL dash inside. Wonder what power plant he's running.
  7. Found these on mysubie.com posted by Durania. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm8lLICbDGw&feature=player_embedded#! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVd8O0cy9Zg&feature=related
  8. I don't even know who owns it. Was outside a bar one night. Was pretty clean though!
  9. Congrats on that new ride. Surprised dude would give it up that easy.
  10. This is the style I am referring to. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=502560
  11. So the 2002-03 rear struts still have the same 2 bolt style on the lower mount like all EJ Subarus prior? Does anyone know when they swapped to the other style seen on the 2001 and up Legacy?
  12. Really! A lost of the first gen Foresters had them, and some Outbacks. Its a hit and miss type of thing but they are kinda cool.
  13. If you can find mid 90s WRX struts, they might yield a little loss of height. Just use ratchet straps around the struts to compress them, that'll lower your stance! Ha.
  14. My understanding, both the Accord springs and 4-Runner Struts are meant to lift the Older Subarus (80s) As for lowering a first gen Legacy, pretty much any strut combo up to 2001 Impreza should work, I don't know if you are going to get much lower unless you run aftermarket setup. Anyway, from what I've seen, after 2001 the rear struts are different (Same goes for Legacy) Anyone else have more info on this?
  15. A sound like this, is what I'm after. Even a Turbo EJ22 does not sound like this.
  16. I haven't done any suspension to this thing yet, but I am getting close! Are you gonna mail me a check? You have no excuse not too since you already have my address
  17. I dunno if I want the hassle of eliminating the cat, as I would need to get the pipe made, add a bung for the O2 sensor and then see if I throw any new codes. Plus like Scott said, it'll probably be hard to get a shop to do the work I demand. Although, Waterford Jon probably knows someone with a mandrel bender (I can weld the flanges) What I'd really like to acquire, would be the sound of a WRX, that real deep lumpiness. But I don't know if that can come out of a SOHC EJ22 since all WRXs are DOHC.
  18. Thats also another nice thing about Flat engines, they are always quiet at idle (Unlike an I4) Mine has a nice slow rumble at idle, really quiet. I think I have a video somewhere...? Edit: Here are the video(s)
