  1. I am editing the video of the Marshfield journey. Will be up in a few hours (Which really means sometime tomorrow night) Mean while, drool over these!
  2. These came in from ebay today! These will only go on for Shows as they are rare. Also got a Repro 4WD decal from Tex and Barracuda (Thanks guys!)
  3. You frameless door window seals could be letting water past allowing it to run in. The roof can't really leak unless you drilled a hole in it or if the roof support/stiffener screws are leaking (The strips on the roof outside) I mean, if you pull all the front window trim off and RTV the entire crease, that should take care of your leak (Make sure you don't have any pin holes in the Silicone after you apply it) Best advice I can give you.
  4. Got a Repro decal from Barracuda and Tex. Thanks! And these finally arrived from ebay!
  5. Lol, I will try to get it up within this week (And when I say "Get it up" I don't mean pitching a tent)
  6. I am wondering what shade of Gold this is: #393 Astral Gold Metallic 1985 I don't think the gold will update the look of the car, as Brown and Gold were basiclly '70s colors. It will still add to the car I think, but not in the updated apperance way.
  7. Out in the Midwest we would jump on that in a heart beat, folks out west really don't understand what "Rust" is.
  8. Yeah, most pads now days have little nubs molded with the pad, so when it gets low enough it starts to squeal. Kara, if thats what that thing is, its not needed. You would need to put on a good 35,000 before the pads need to be serviced again (Depending how hard you drive) Cheers and thanks for swinging by, was a surprise!
  9. Holly Double Pumper 4brl, Nuff said.
  10. I do not have one, I have a larger style one which is from a "Baja" its a little bigger then the other one. If you want a proper one, I might be getting out to a junkyard sometime in the coming week. Cheers.
  11. OH!, hmm. Thats just strange. Maybe I can take a quick look at it when I pick you up. I will also give you those rear brake shoes. They are still useable, so it might save you a few bucks if they are the same style. About Multi-quoting. Next to the "Quote" button, it also says "Multi" click that on each persons post you want to quote. It will show up once you click "Reply" Hope this helps.
  12. Little late to reply there, hey Scott!? lol. The Pistons press back into their bores and the caliper moves on the slide pins. It was like something was holding pressure or the pistons were getting stuck. I wonder if the Mechanic backed the Pistons out and damaged the cylenders somewhat to have a (Return customer or something) or it was just a defective Caliper. The new one Kara got had a Fuji stamping on it!
  13. I agree with that, keep an eye on rust foruming along the A-Pillar and windshield seat, As over time, the rust could put enough stress on the window and cause it to crack. What you can do if you have rust starting there is, pull the the plastic/rubber trim around the windshield off (Its only for looks and is not a seal) check for rust, attack it, then use some clear RTV to reattach the trim, as I have done thing during my restoration. If your windshield is leaking, you will need an auto glass company to come out, pull the window and lay a new gasket (polyurathyne compound) as when you applied the Black RTV, you only were sealing up the trim, right? You need to pull the trim and apply the RTV in the groove, it might help. But if the seat seal is leaking, theres not much that can be done (At least the right way)
  14. I don't know where or why you keep saying I have a fuel light. There was not a light displayed in the pictures. I would go by milage for my next fill up, 170 miles is about 6 or 7 gals. I never had the fuel light come on in this car. I took only the Outback fuel gauge as I thought mine was dead.
  15. So how did your brakes perform after driving from Menom Falls? I think the issue should be resolved, that noise we do hear sounds like the rear brakes. I am betting the rear rotors are Warped and the pads have grooves in them causing the noise. Maybe some of them are chunking out. I have a set of decent rear pads if they are the same style, which we should find out. I'll give them to ya when I see ya.
  16. Finished painting the passenger side Rocker panel and touched up my front pass door. Looks great. Now on to the driver side, I have to get this stuff done before the Don Miller meet on the 18th. Better get busy!
