  1. Its a side street and there isn't crew working (Its pouring like hell out) I don't drive like that if Crew workers are out. The road is all mud!
  2. Did some Urban Baja with Trashwagon! http://s189.photobucket.com/albums/z146/1992Roo/Mobile%20Uploads/?action=view&current=0722001143.mp4
  3. Urban Baja..! http://s189.photobucket.com/albums/z146/1992Roo/Mobile%20Uploads/?action=view&current=0722001143.mp4
  4. I know Jon wants to pull some inner fender walls (Plastic insert) and whatever else. I'm just going and might pull some random things that I know you don't have Fox. I want to see if any of those 2nd gen Legacys they have, have the (Optional) tweeter speakers in the door. And anything else I may find. I'm gonna come out by you later saturday shoot the breaze and whatnot, have a hootinanny hoot! When do you want to get cracking on that XT6 "Monster"
  5. Scott, sure I can grab those. I dunno who has was, he had dark short hair - in his 30s. He charged me $25 for a Legacy grille, I'm like really - I'm the only guy thats gonna buy this so why not drop the price, if I walk you just lost the sale for that item. But at least you can walk around unlike most these yards.
  6. Briggs, Awesome with the painters tape on it Lol! I like those factory wheels yo! Whats that oldie behind it, A Dodge?
  7. Sure, I'm always game for walking around a bone yard. I have a tool box full'o subaru wrenchin' tools in my car (Metric)
  8. As for the fan not kicking on, sounds like it could be the temp sender (The one which tells the fan to kick on) if I'm not mistaken there are two temp senders, one for the gauge and the other is for the fan (I could be wrong on that) Also keep in mind, dropping the crossmember for a 3" lift (You'd be dropping the engine crossmember 1" or 2") your gonna need to make your brake lines longer. You will also be dropping the rear diff down for a 3". You could just get a 2" kit like Scott and I did. Buy one from Bill "The Beast I Drive" as his is was cheeper then Scotts "Scott In Bellingham/SJR" kit. Theres a Blue EA82 wagon out at Al's salvage off hy36. you could pull the liners and anything else off it. And yes, the tires will clear the liners just fine (Even with out a lift) but you will need to trim the front-most and rear-most lips on the front fenders to clear the tire while turning.
  9. Hey, Dunno if you got my reply PM. I can stop out any time and check out ur car. Let me know when you are free. As for the temp, sounds maybe like a HG. I would swap out the Thermo for a Genuine one first and see how the temp reacts. Could be the Thermo sticking closed at times. Fox, He imported this car from NC. Scott posted a picture of this car once ironically.
  10. Macattack, in answer to your question that I noticed on another thread, Fenders or any body pieces from a '94 Legacy will not fit your '95. 1989-'94 was the first gen Legacy - '95-99 was the 2nd gen Legacy '95 Legacy 4EAT Duel Port EJ22. '92 Loyale 3AT SPFI EA82. 113,000.
  11. INCORRECT, Vanishing Point was about a last truly free guy and a White Dodge Challnger which he was gonna deliver to Frisco. Duel - was about a business man type guy who had to drive to a work meeting and along his way he passed this truck driver which likes to play Cat and Mouse games.. Do some research cause I have both of these movies...
  12. The film was called "Duel" It had Dennis Weaver staring. I like when the Valiant overheats due to a bum radiator hose Lol!
  13. Gimmie $5 buh, some paint and some gray goose and you too can have a car painted like this!
  14. Did you run the car and get it hot while the Radiator cap was off? Do this to get all the air out of the system, Don't just burp it while the engine is off and cold.
  15. Howdy! Hope the HG install goes well. I'm out in Waukesha, one of the Subaru Alliance guys. -Tom
  16. I was thinking that looked to clean to be yours. I still would love to get a 3/4ton '72 4WD! Awesome looking trucks (When they have 16" steelies, Tall and skinny)
  17. Alright thank you I don't have a lot of experience with any GM trucks older then '78 (My dad knows of all this stuff as he worked on all that growing up) Anyhoo back on topic, Ben - do you have pics of the Blazer your looking at?
  18. I guess "King Pins" or "Ball Joints" are somewhat more easy on a solid axle 4WD, Now doing these on a 2WD truck or Van (Or older full frame cars) with Upper and lower Control arms is not much fun. Can someone explain what 4WDs you'd see closed knuckles on? Jeeps maybe?
  19. I was gonna say, any solid axle 4WD is gonna have Ball Joints, Other wise whats gonna hold the Hub?
  20. Well since non of ya'll live in SE WI you have no clue that there arn't any trails or anything. So really, why bother with a trans swap at the moment (Not like I'd be using it)
