  1. Yep, I agree with Gary on that. Just like anything on the engine - if you let it sit, it'll rust or corrode. But driving it I wouldn't worry to much, Only thing I would think about is small rocks or sticks entering the timing belts path (But thats very un-common) I've never had an issue yet, I run my EA82 Coverless too
  2. No not really, they are somewhat sealed (Dubble race style) plus you can always spray a little Oil into them. Makes doing a Timing belt loads quicker, no need to remove the Crank pully
  3. Hmm, I might see about a shorter Oil Filter (Maybe Genuine) I am still gonna try to flex the pipe some.. I don't run Timing covers, as I find they get in the way - plus you can see the belt everyday if you'd like. Plus you can see an oil leak before it soaks through the Covers. (Yes I can leaks) Driverside Cam seal. You have lots of room on yours
  4. Are either of these filters shorter then the Car Quest (WIX) filter? That could be the reason. I know the New Honeywell (OE Subaru) filters are really short. I do feel a large improvement in Take-off, I don't feel that slight hold back when it shifts like I did before. TB cover? Throttle Body Cover? No the '95s don't come with them, the mounting bracket for it is not on this year of EJ22s. That would be '94 and down. Or do you mean Timing Covers?
  5. New UEL Exhaust Manifold: For EJ25, but works with Duel Port EJ22. Duel Port fo sho!
  6. Pipe came today! Duel Port Fo sho! Installed: Hits my oil filter: SO, tomorrow I need to try and bend that pipe down just a little, I hope I can bend it some - otherwise its rubbing on my filter (Thats like 600*) plus I wouldn't be able to change it. Hope I can bend it. Cat flange: ALSO, here is the difference between Fel-pro and whatever brand this cheep one is. Fel-pro Left, Cheepie Right. The Fel-pro have reinforced port holes (Metal rings) This sounds soooo nice now! I'm in love
  7. Yes, it will bolt right in. You might need the Loyales Tranny crossmember (Depending if its a AT or MT, Both crossmembers are different)
  8. Just noticed that both of these pics are at the almost same angle, Time to compare the two
  9. Just to hole items down, also for a dog net - Most SUVs have them. Interior looks great!
  10. How come your '95 sits higher then mine? does yours have the outback struts? I'm liking that sedan, What makes in Japanese Spec? Its not RHD cause of the wiper.
  11. Its a mix between the Trashwagon and the Safariwagon, Trashwagon is a MilesFox thing and the Safariwagon is my thing - So I combined the two and came out with this, a more up scale Trashwagon Thank you for your comments. -Tom
  12. You really wanna get through the snow? Get 4 of those 16" spares from the Legacy or Outback with 15" wheels. Nice skinny tires will dig in like no other
  13. Hope you don't get a flat, that 16" spare will throw off the AWD with your 14" wheels. Is it a full size spare or the 100mile one that comes with the car?
  14. Nice video, yea shes a bit bouncy Lol! "I like how you went with the functional projectors over nicer wheels" LMAO! Well, my car is pretty loud as is without the muffler, so increasing the rumblem will probably sound good enough.
  15. God, only one more day till my pipe comes! "Oh, one more day, one more day. Another day older and closer to my pipe - one more day... Workin' anda sweatin' till the day is done - drivin' my Subaru out in the sun.... OH! One more day, one more day - another day older and closer to my pipe, One more day" Yeah I need a life :-p
