  1. So it can start on fire like that Renalt on something like (Worlds dumbest drivers) This guy had Rags, Oil, a propane tank, and other flamable things under the hood on the ledge, I mean what a wongleflute Hahahaa.

But I know what you mean :)

  2. Hey Jeff, Whats you been up to?

I took my car out to a spot with more mud and rocks, alot better place to do minor wheeling, more like messing around then wheeling. Or well its fun :)

There are some pictures in the thread "What have you don't to your soob lately" Older gen forum. Just thought I'd throw the ur way, Alot better then those other pictures I had Lol. :)

Oh and hey guess what! Scott is wants to feature my car on his site! Thats a shocker, I dunno why. Maybe cause I'm in WI? Anyhoo I'm stoked.

    -Tom :)

  3. They are wider then the 165/70R13s but not to wide I guess. I mean those other wheels just dug right in, felt like dry pavment. I guess we'll see. I mean if it did make the car handel worse, why would everyone bother, right lol.

Yea it could be because I'm in WI. Maybe I'll ask him :)

Oh hoho, the 944s are nice. Gonna drop a Subaru boxer in it and toss out that Porsche boxer Lol. I must admit, I like porsche and Love Ferrari. 1962 250 GTO is just beautiful. I've never heard anything bad about Ferrari (Unlike Mercedes Lol)

  4. Hey thats looks pretty good, I like the roof scoop (Usable?) are you still running the EA82? Make sure you get a video of that puppy with the 2.5" exhaust! -Tom
  5. I dunno, these people have their ways Hehe.. Yea my spare tire area is free, why? Is that where you would stick the compresser? Lol

  6. POR-15 the underside, that will keep it nice for a long long time. its not a sticky tar like undercoating. its like a paint but extreamly durable and made for this reason. also, any rust you do have, apply Rust-oliums "Rest remover" white bottle, can get it at autozone or any parts house. apply two coats and the rust turns black and solid as a rock. I was blown away how well this worked compaired to other Rust eaters. this is the best thing I have used. Will keep that Subaru on the road. -Tom
  7. Boy that RX is on the ground! Does the mid-pipe hit going over speed bumps? you wouldn't have a shot of the whole car huh? Wanna see it -Tom
  8. Fixing cars and working (Well I've been doing one of those) not the fun one either :-p I am kinda wanting to drive in the snow, I want to see how these bigger wheels are in the snow, hope it doesn't float casue they are bigger!?

Yea I dunno why either, All I bought was a Lift and the rear bumper. Maybe casue its shiny? Hahaha

  9. So, whats you been up to? Anything fun, exciting, exclusive, extream? Hehe. Its getting cold in WI, dunno bout you. To cold for my liking, but its supposed to get back up into the 50s this weekend (Yay) So I guess there is some good news Haha.

Oh, guess what, Scott (SJR) wants to feature my car on his site! Thats the most cool thing I've hear since I've head of a lifted Subaru lol. I dunno why he wants to put mine out there? I mean, I could use more aggresive tires (Couldn't do so without lift) so thats why I bought these, Guess I should have done the lift first and then got the tires Lol. oh well :)

    Cheers

    -Tom

  10. Wow thats one clean EA82! And now its in IL Lol. well if you start with the proper precautions as soon as possable, you'll be able to keep it that way (Plus hand wax alot and clean the salt off it as much as possable) Welcome to USMB, hope you have a good time here -Tom
  11. The Strut it self should be the same as a 4WD car, I think the spring might be diffent (Unless thats only the rear) but the shock part of the strut will bolt right into the other hub/top hat. -Tom
  12. I guess its better then stalking them to their house Hahaha! Camp out by the car to see who owns it :-p
  13. I think this is a sickness, taking pictures of other peoples Subarus in a parking lot Haha -Tom
  14. Lol, I thought about that when I put the bumper on. So far no one seems to care or notice. thats one reason I'm not gonna put a spare tire on it, I'll juts mount it in the rack Safari style I mean its not really blocked, you can see 926 RCN, so they can (you know what) Haha. Speaking of cops, I got pulled over for not having the covers on my top lights Can't do anything these days. I'm supprized they don't say a lift is not street leagle -Tom
  15. What I did today! about 1/2 ft. deep grass mud mix So guys, are these better then my last off-road pictures Hahaha! -Tom
  16. Hell yea! thats a nice one. Wonder if the owner rigged some sort of ram air type deal onit, why else would they have a scoop on the side of the hood (Where the air box is) Did you stick around to meet the owner? or leave a note? -Tom
  17. What I did this weekend, Installed 118dB Hella Supertone horns: These sound awesome, and grap peoples ears -Tom
  18. Hell yeah, you go Jeff!! Thats the glory of wheeling a Subaru, people will think you won't make it, and then you've reached the top while the Jeep guys have shered U-joints like mad. Lift Subarus are awesome cause it shows you arn't some pretty boy that needs everything to fit inorder for it to work. -Tom
  19. Just to add to this, If it don't fit, force it. If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway. Hold the wheel and drive, Unless it comes off. My own quote Haha! -Tom
  20. Lol, I know. nuts hey! I thought it was funny. My mom and dad were laughing soo much on the 2nd video, with the Mazda pickup Haha.

Yep, its just a empty ledge now. why? Some wicked idea you have? Lol

  21. Hahahaha! yea, I connected only the cheepo high horn I had friday (Casue I unwired them but had to go to work, so I wired one back up) It sounded like a cute little car HAHAHA, Sooo funny sounding. if I had the high and low connected is would sound like an old Buick Hahaha!

If you want to see something funny as hell, go to youtube and type "Bigger then a train horn" and you'll piss your pants! Funny funny.

Where would you stick the compresser for the airhorns?

  22. Hella Supertones are wired up!

118dB of raw insane, hearing-aid rattling tone! Pretty cool, alot better then stock or cheep aftermarket ones :)

I'll have to snag a video sometime.

    -Tom :)

  23. Thats cool, yea you might be a tooth off on the T-belts and that could be it, or maybe the IAC or MAF is dirty. It wouldn't happen to be a Sedan, would it? Cause I've seen a dark gray sedan once around downtown (Old world 3st) when I had to go to the Coby abbot building. As for the white one, no havn't seen it. I don't go in milwaukee much or atall. My mom did see a dull light blue EA82 wagon a few times in her parking lot at work by state fair. I don't see very many if any old Subarus one or two wagons from time to time (Old people driving them Lol) Well, If you ever see mine, be sure to beep your horn, flick your lights, yell. whatever it takes lol (Beleive me, you can't miss me Lol) Pictures in my profile btw, T-belts are fairly easy to do, Miles Fox has a great right up about it and other things on http://www.Trashwagon.com He was also in Milwaukee and Butler. -Tom
