  1. YAY, glad to see you got an outdated PC to gain access to online, Sorry to hear about how bad the political(s) are becoming there... Hope things will look up ASAP! I am not a Political person either, I just beleive some changes could be made better and the person in office as of now is going ot really mess up America. But to each their own.. Hope the car hunt works out! Regaurds, -Tom
  2. Yeppers! Well more like a goldwing with a bad exhaust (They have a nice sound with a hole in the pipe!) I heard one and though it was a Subaru Lol, -Tom
  3. Wow nice, This Turbo will add a good sound aswell. I paid $32 on fle-online.com (Full Line Exhaust) Can't wait to get this mounted! -Tom
  4. Glad you question was answered! Not to hi-jack this or anything but, I have a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler 2" in and out and I'm gonna run it on my EA82. the plan is to reuse the stock mullfers pipe since it has the correct bends in it. Now the stock pipe is 1-7/8 IIRC. So I'm hopeing the 2" muffler will slip over the stock pipe pretty good so I can weld it. if not, does anyone have any pictures on how they ran this muffler using the stock mufflers pipe? I know SoobieDoo did what I am trying to do, but he doesn't have any pictures at the moment. I just need something so I get an idea on what I need to do, to make this work. Any help? -Tom
  5. Robbie, that'll look awesome! Nice idea. I'm happy with my grill for now though, I installed some metel screen beind it, brings it out mire -Tom
  6. Yes welcome! I havn't meet alot of people from Africa, alot from Australia non the less. Anyhoo, I would take a look at the rocker panels. thats one main point of Structurel integrity. Push on it and see where or if there are any soft spots. One thing, How much rust can there be on it? You guys don't have to worrie about salt (Except from the sea waters) and if it sits in tall grass. Post a picture if you can -Tom
  7. Funny you should bring this up, I don't understand the reason people put those sticker on there vehicles? To me its dumb, Does it make you tuff and ghetto or what? Just like all the prisom tape, WHY!!?? :-\ Lol -Tom
  8. Yes very true, I've never seen a plastic automotive fluid cap break. Sorry for all the chit chating -Tom
  9. But still, a new OE cap is like $5 bucks. I know, I bought one cause mine was bent (Other owners) Are the EJs still alloy or plastic? -Tom
  10. Well: In July '09 I added a 2" SRJ lift and 14" Pugs (Powder coated semi-gloss white) with BFG tires. Just last weekend (Laybor day) I painted my front fenders again, Looks awesome now (All with rattle can) Few years ago I added 4 260w Pioneer 4-ways into the front and rear doors along with a Pioneer Deck. Added 2 6" Hellas on top onto my rack and two cheepies to the front bumper. Some window decals (Thanks to Mick) POR-15(ing) the entire under side of my car (Still in progress) 07' Timing belts, Oil pump w/ seals, cam carrier o-rings and seals, 08' New starter and Alt (Genuine) '09 New mid-pipe (Genuine) Things to come: SRJ rear bumper with swing arm, D-rings, and 2" reciver Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler, Gonna replace exhaust manifold section with new (Genuine) mines falling apart, Think thats it for now -Tom
  11. 5 acres and a 30x48 building! Thats cool, I want some of these goodies (But first we need a bigger garage) Sounds like all you need is a Plasma cutter and a case of Miller Lite :-p
  12. Just wondering, This shop you speak of, is it your place of work or just something on your property (Hobbie type of thing) -Tom
  13. EDIT: Cool, thank you! I'll have to get some, Great these things don't need a lip to attach to, I hammerd the lips up on the rear fenders (So its flush) btw I like that rollbar/rack you have in the bed (Looks awesome!) Reminds me of the K5 Blazers when people would take the top off and run a full cage roll bar back there. -Tom
  14. So, I was reading on the Ausubaru board bout Flexi flares. I dunno if thats the brand name or not (Can't seem to find anything on them) I was wondering what others have gone with for the rubber flares for the fenders. Brand names please. Heck, post some pictures of them aswell (We all like pictures) -Tom
  15. Well, took me 3 days from start to finish with both fenders, Prep, Prime, Paint, Clear. All with rattle can! Looks amazing, much better then before (lack of light and time and cooler temps where the problem back then) This time the color is the right depth and the gloss is pretty good (Will wax in a few weeks) I'll send you a few pictures sometime this week. btw, I used 60, 220, 400 grits. I used 400 to sand the primer and take off any spits from the primer cans. I'm very pleased, and feel less stressed about winter coming.

    -Tom :)

  16. +1!! I forgot he was having comp issues.. -Tom
  17. How've you been man? I just repainted my front fenders over this weekend. Look great! I did it all with rattle can, 60, 220, 400 grits. The color is deep and matchs spot on, and so does the shine (Can't wait to wax it) Need to wait a few weeks though...

    Anyhoo, just sayin howdy hey!

    -Tom

  18. Yea, I sent him a PM and no reply yet...? Maybe their having storms/power outages in Honduras? Hope everythings ok with my bud too.. -Tom
  19. I dunno, not to crap on anyones paraid. but I got mine on the first try. Its easy (At least to me) The whole thing was easy, its like working on a lawnmower lol.. -Tom
  20. Besides re-timing it? Nope, not that I know of. if you want a great write up, check Milesfox's trashwagon.com, under "My Subarus" or some thing. you'll see all the write ups with pictures. -Tom
  21. How've you been Tim! Been a while huh, Haha. Well, I put a 2" lift on my wagon (Dunno if I told you) and I'm getting Scotts rear bumper with the 2x2 recivers and D-rings, oh and the tire carrier. I'm pretty happy with the 2 incher. my tires don't hit anymore hehe, and it also looks good in a parking lot (Like towers over other cars and some SUVs) I have more ground clearance then a Toyota FJ and a S-10 Blazer. I have 12" under the rear diff. dunno about the center of the car, but I know I can lay under it and have room to move my arms, Hope all is well with you and yours, Talk to ya whenever :)

    -Tom

  22. Did you check for spark? If it has spark then its not the diver side belt let along either of them. I would check for spark before pulling the covers. -Tom
