Rust hasn't come up yet, the fenders where new in 2006. But when I painted them the first time, a few months later it was spidering/cracking, and getting little bumps on it that would chip off. I think cause I didn't sand the primer. So I need to paint these before they do rust. Anyhoo, it varys, sometimes in late Oct.

Hey Eric, Well my dad welded the crack the best he could (Just kept balling up) but he managed to melt those balls into solid chunks. it seem soild and theres no more leak. so we'll see if it lasts the winter (I think it will) tried Brazing it first, didn't stick. I really need to convert my Lincoln to a Mig. Now I just need to paint my fenders and maybe mount the muffler before the snow flys. more worried about the fenders. Aaa always something huh,
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Asphalt, thats where I've seen those. That sucks when you have to transfer asphalt that hasn't been laid yet (you only have so much time to get it there and laid before it gets too cool and useless) I was watching stuff about that on the Discovery Ch. but not all times are like that, I know. most times theres a machine that holds and lays the asphalt and keeps it hot untill its needed.
Thanks for the bit of info about it, didn't know that.

Blow punks away with a family car! Lol
Yes it did stink (Mom was laughing) But it went away after some time. Anyhoo, my dad welded my ppe back together. So I think its solid. I don't feel any leaks and it sounds better.
Agreed, I hate working on crap in the winter. like -10 with WC lol. Thats why I do what I have to do during the summer. I'm get streesed when I don't get alot done and know I'm running out of time.
But I feel better now

Ooo Non-Interference! Port and Polish costs some bucks, but its worth it if your gonna race it.
JB Weld started burning off before the engine was even at running temp. so the alloy tape would just melt (Used it on stuff in the past) I mean that down-has to get close to 1000Deg F when running at 3200RPMs. plus I want to fix it right now, so I don't have to wongleflute with it in winter lol.

Haha yep, unmissable!
I do agree theres alot of body roll on my wagon, but shes not a speed demon anyhow (unlike Dave and Numbchux wagons) But I suppose new struts/coil overs would help. the wheel is planted pretty good, I don't feel/see any hopping, now bad for 18 year old shocks. So the Legacy has body roll issues too, eh, a little is good (Too much is bad lol) I wish I could get/drive another old gen Roo (non out here, other then very few EA82s, like 4 so far I've seen)
Hell if you gonna go with STi suspension componets, why not change some out to the SPT parts aswell !! Might aswell add two turbos too! whats your lego have? EJ20? Well tomorrow I need to braze my passenger side down-pipe back onto my cat, it like cracked off! So it sounds diffrent (Not a bad sound) but I would prefer to seal that up and add my Turbo muffler. I tryed some JB Weld today so I could drive it, it lasted for a little and it still sealed its still holding. I'm supprized.

Yea the '89-'94 Legos look good lifted, I prefer the wagons though, like Scotts blue sedan, it just looks odd, Tires are way to big.
Yea I know what you mean, Mine rides stiff and somewhat hard, like a truck (Hella yea!) Its pretty comphie, I can got joy riding for 4 hours stright and my rump roast/legs doesn't hurt lol
