  1. If I were shorter I'd probably be fine lol. I'm 6'0 200lbs, likes walking on the beach, looking for someone who builds stuff with swizzle sticks. Lol
  2. I agree with GD, as I said before. I would get the block decked when you have the cash, to have an extra good block. O-ringing tool eh, I have no idea. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ISK-200-GRM/?rtype=10
  3. So do the EA82 seat tracks bolt in place of the factory EA81 ones? Or do I just need to swap tracks around? I really don't want to swap seats in this thing, since the interior is really nice, and everything matches! But I totally agree, the EA82 seats feel better, more firm and hug you. Guess we'll see how it feels once I start driving it. Tom, XT6 seats are awesome! I was looking for a set for the EA82 when Fox had two XT6s, He had some gray ones that almost matched the stock EA82 seats. I'd like to go for a ride in a Brat, haven't rode in a Brat since Desmond Jones had the '86 with EJ22 swap and shot suspension and trans (Didn't drive the best) Rob, Oooo I always wanted a Crapwagon. Suppose I should've keep the Legacy then You meet me in Chicago, and you might have a deal. Although, you'll need a carb and clutch for mine :-p
  4. Does anyone else think the EA81 wagon is a cramped Mofo behind the wheel? Just sitting in it and my little man is cramped and squished, and then your left leg is bent oddly when using the clutch. Who the hell designed this car? The Loyale is sooo damn roomy compared to this thing, and I have yet to drive it since I bought it. Maybe it feels better when you're driving, I forgot lol.
  5. Oh c'mon! They say you can fix a Cylinder bore with it! :-p
  6. I wonder if you could just fill that gouge with JB Weld, and carefully grind it down so its nice and flush.
  7. Lol, I had them and didn't even notice! So now its all complete! I did have to buy two bolts for the upper slide pins, but all is good!

  9. What is this! A '83 GL with rear Disc brakes...!? Those aren't factory, are they? Right And Left!
  10. Scott who? Dunno if I remember him or not. Good note on cutting triangle notches in the metal to shape it easier. Thought maybe you used an English wheel to form it.
  11. I should rename the Loyale "Sir Busta-strut" As for what I did today, I installed the rear disc brake swap on the EA81. I need the little metal things that hold the pads snuggly. Anyone have the correct ones for EA82 rear Calipers?
  12. I knew you'd remember them! They were at Don Miller 2010 iirc.
  13. 25 or so cars. Plus the Asian Rukus dudes with pikachu backpacks.
  14. Well alright. I forgot about '96+ (Which is why I won't buy anything newer then '95) WI is pretty lenient, look at half the cars on the north side on Milwaukee!
  15. I was gonna take a few pictures of your Legacy, but then I got side tracked with all the commotion. Boo! But yeah, your car is right proper, and good tire selection. I was still shocked your axles are almost level.
  16. Nice job on shaping it, how did you do it?
  17. Cybrid isn't cheap fo sho... I truly think this was some "Ahead of its time" engineering that was unneeded. Although, I think you could run a normal power steering pump with the Cybrid system. MilesFox put an XT6 steering rack in his '86 3-Door, it has a tighter turning radius btw.
  18. Pics of todays Subaru Show! I didn't hood up the 4WD light yet, I was planning on it though!
  19. Here, these have the lights I'm talking about
