  1. Can you use an SPFI engine and swap the intake and fuel injection from a XT MPFI and make that run.
  2. It's out of my 87 EA82 wagon.
  3. Thanks, I'll give it a try next time I try and post a pic.
  4. Thanks. I'll figure it out one of these days.
  5. OK, that didnt workout the way I hoped. Just click on my photos If you want to see my switch panel for the sube. Thanks
  6. My custom switch panel, You like? I hope this is how you post pics, Im a little confused.
  7. I have A/C so I have the stock electric fan but im not convinced that that alone will keep the engine cool, I do have a parts car with another A/C electric fan, should I just run both of these fans? Has anyone done this and how did it work? Thanks Pat
  8. I just installed a SJR 6 inch lift on my 87 spfi wagon and have come to the realization that I need an electric fan. Question is, wich one do I need? Anybody know what the CFM on a stock cluch fan for this car is? And what CFM is to much for the subie, I dont want to run cold all the time but I do want better cooling than stock. All Info is appreciated, any suggestions about which electric fan to use would be helpful. Thanks
  9. heres the link http://www.gck.com/ , Im in the procsess of contacting them to try and find out if these are better than stock CV's, the description on there web page says that they meet OE specs, BUT DAMMIT I WANT BETTER THAN OE. Ill let you all know what they say.
  10. Does anybody make aftermarket cv's or are there any swaps that can be done to beef these things up?
  11. Thanks, this may not happen for a few weeks but Ill try and post a pretty accurate writeup and lots of pics
  12. Im putting a SJR 6in lift on my 87 ea82 wagon and want to switch to 6 lug chevy wheels, but I have no idea what backspacing is going to work or what width of wheel to buy, I want to run 30'' to 31'' swampers probably 9.5'' or 10.5 inches wide. What is the best back spacing so the wheels dont stick out to far, and so I can turn without to much rubbing. Thanks
  13. Anybody have any experience with this lift for an EA82 wagon, how hard is it to install? Quality? What size tires can you run with fender trimming, just basicly any thing good or bad about this lift. Thanks
