2 things 1 you shouldnt be out on the ice at all and 2 the last thing i want do drive on the ice is a huge cumbersome truck. i like trucks but i had a suburban that i slid on ice onca and dam hear fliped it slaming sideways into a curb ad 10 mph. although i didnt mess anything up still though it was pretty scarry. well maybe i shold change it. i mean there all slightly capable off road vehicles with the 4wd and whatnot. so i guess i should ask is what is everyones favorate. looks, driveability, storage whatever i only have had a wagon so i dont have a comparison. to me though the brat looks like it would be fun to drive. well theres a problem with this. its my daily driver and i live in an apartment so its kida hard to tear it apart 1 and leave it like that or to tear it apart and not have a vehicle to take me to work. although i do take the freeway everyday so me dying isnt the most convenient thing as well. anther questioni have is that since i will most likely take this apart would this be a good opportunity to swap out the cv shaft as well. its clickin on me. or replace the bearings as well though i dont believe theres anything wrong with them. the ones for my car are blue and there exact fit. just remember 2 short 1 long 1 longer and the distributor wire also. i made the mistake of getting a set that wasnt even close to length. had to strech it over the engine in an akward way. take your longest wire with you when you go to pick up your new set or measure it so you dont get into my perdicament. do what other people tell me to do. because i have an 88 there were so many different changes between engines during that time. Just say you want ngk wires and plugs for a 1992 subaru loyale and you shouldnt have any problems. the wires are blue. and yes there worth it. Ben

u know i couldnt agree with him more. i had some bosch plugs and wires my brother bought for the car and gave them to me when he sold it to me. i put them in it ran better but not great. i read on here about the ngk plugs and wires so i ditched those and put on all ngk. wow talk about a difference. im not talking yellow paint hp but it did run alot better. i still need to do cap, rotor, fuel filter. i dotn have a clogged heater core i think. I still get heat just not as great as some other vehicles. but i do have the problem where i only have the last 2 speeds on my blower switch. I really need to get under the dash and find out whats in the blower fan blades. Sounds like paper. Ben -

speaking of which ive got to post pics of my new wheels and tires. there really good cars and youve got one with decent miles. mine has over 200 thousand and still running on original drive train. Lots of people here to help you. lots of parts for sale. Man i did a tune up on mine and its like a totally different car. they are quirky sometimes but the people here can help you with that. Ben -

buy the way my car handles AWSOME i mean the suspension is stull muchy but holy sheesh how much new tires make a difference. along with the right tire pressure thing handles totally different and alot more smooth on the highway. ill check into the balljoint alittle more. it looks like its still fastened on there really good but what are the chances it will come loose. its my only transportation and its hard to take it apart and keep it down Ben -
just curious on what the benefit of this is over a regular spfi intake ben
