  1. I dont know if this guy is being cocky which no one likes here or hes spam which no one likes here.
  2. Yea no kidding ive seen you put away those hineys with no side effects. And now guido has a flat.
  3. Or lift it with your hands if your really strong. Sorry if people on here were kinda smart butts when answering this but really this question gets asked every day buy new people. They get alittle tired of answering the question over and over again. But really they are all great people who most have lifted alot of subarus. Please utalize the search function and the FAQ at the top of the forum and all your questions will be answered. Welcome Ben
  4. I have a feeling im going to be spending alot of time in this topic area in the very near future.
  5. You dork, why did you hack it up before you had your replacement parts.
  6. I would figure with all the rain you guys got during the year a mud terrain or a super agressive terrain tire would just suck in the rain. Great everywhere else but for daily driveing.
  7. Love the monte ss. Bet your swapin that 305 for a 350 or something along those lines. Ive always prefered the 73-77 ones but to each there own. Look up on those 2.5 motors, they can be somewhat problematic in certain areas. Looks like your on the right track though. Ben
  8. I didnt even know this swap was possible. Everyone has said the 22r in these motors was bulletproof. Will be watching this for sure.
  9. so worn down it busted through. I know its over 10 years old but it had 30k on it when he bought it and it only has 90 now. He hasnt driven it much in the last 5 years, hence the dust.
  10. See rob thats what i was thinking. But when you rock it from side to side the pass side feels squishy. I looked underneath but couldnt find anything obvious.
  11. It does have a salvage title and recieved a good smack on the driver side door area. But i dont see what that would half to do with the passanger side front leaning forward like that. Its seems about 1 1/2 inches lower then the driver side. Oh and sorry no mods except wheels and a bumper at this point but he has owned it for the last 7 years. It has always leaned alittle but only i noticed. Not with this huge bumper on you can definately see something going on.
  12. So once again me and the daughter were car buddies again. This time on my brothers wrangler. IT wasnt to hard removing the old bumper and mounting this monstrosity on. But do you notice its leaning to the passanger side front. It has always leaned like this. If you notice the bumper is hooked up to the frame so the frame is strait. Just curious what ideas you have on what could cause this. And no because its a jeep isnt acceptable:lol:. I was thinking broken body mount, broken or weak spring. I know the spray bar bushings are destroyed on both sides but its only leaning on this side. Couple Pics.
  13. Oh no 7point we get it. You dont care for our company. Drinking is alright just dont get so drunk i half to babysit ya because if you decide to walk into the river your on your own. Time is getting closer so it seems theres 6 of us or so. Ive been helping my brother get his jeep ready.
  14. I think im going to do both of mine on the back but yea there has been some debate on how much greae to use. I was told buy an old time mechanic to pack it in there tight but ive also heard and can understand about putting to much in there. The debate goes on.

  16. Im seriously looking into getting a tractor trailer type of thing, just finding the car hauler is the problem. I have a guy with a truck who whould be willing to do the trip for money but i would need orders from some local people and i need to get either a flatbed for 3 or 4 subarus or a car hauler for 8 or more rust free beauties. I would definately hold off on lifting until you get that fixed. Does this mean funds for (wheels) are being depleated.
  17. Wow man, guidos rust isnt even that bad. I wish you luck. Were trying to get a pool to caravan a bunch of rust free subys from washington down here. You might want to get in on it.
  18. For those who havent done this it really isnt that bad. Just have a few blankets and a sleeping bag and you feel right at home.
  19. Hey just cuz i didnt push mine doesnt mean i cant go faster, plus im running mud tires now lol. And FI will always win against a webber.
  20. Right now i dont know which one is rustier, mine or yours. Ill race ya, which one breakes in half loses. Na dont worry about it, sell it to another ea81 youll buy cuz i know you will. Ill just mount spikes to the bumper i have.
  21. You ever get a inclination to finish the mt grizley stickers on the front fender. I know youve replaced that fender so thats why there are no stickers. You never did get back to me on how much you wanted to sell the bumper for. I have a way to clean up those 15x7s. Painting them would be up to you though.
