  1. Lol it has been covered alot. Try to type in 5 lug, or xt6 swap. Those usually come up with something. Good Luck.
  2. Are you sure, did you put a ej22 turbo in your wagon. Cuz if im not mistaken, thats the only way your stock clutch isnt gonna hold up.
  3. I slept in the back of mine man, im sure you werent trying hard enough. Did you fold the back seat down. Theres always the hood.
  4. Since i orderded it, how about now. Does it atleast look like i have everything.
  5. Honestly if you just wanted to keep it simple and more reliable you would just include the tranny with your new engine. Ej22 is an awsome engine and the auto tranny is way better. Problem is i dont think your axels will bolt up to the new tranny so you would need the axels as well. Looks like youve got quite a project on your hands.
  6. Wow im just seeing this thread. Maybe thats why i try to hard to get this pig out of its way. Though i dont have a tach to read my revs buy i will kick it up a notch and see how it drives then.
  7. I know man but you must understand, some people can hardly afford to live right now.
  8. Yea never had a problem like this before on brakes. My brother had a problem but he was in town. We ended up having to change out a caliper because his brakes and rotors were litlerly gone and it overextended and blue.
  9. Ok found a wheel bearing on rock auto for 25 bucks. Want to make sure i got the right bearing and seals Brake/Wheel Hub : Wheel Bearing BCA/NATIONAL Part # 513056 {Taper Bearing Assembly / Bore=1.2598" Outer Diameter=2.2835" Width=2.5591" [Wholesaler Closeout -- 30 Day Warranty]} Taper Bearing Assembly; Rear Wheel; Inner B $25.79 $0.00 $25.79 Brake/Wheel Hub : Wheel Seal BCA/NATIONAL Part # 225005 {Oil Seal / Nitrile / Shaft Size=1.969" Housing Bore=2.441" Outer Diameter=2.452" Width=0.276"} Rear Wheel; Outer A $5.90 $0.00 $5.90 BCA/NATIONAL Part # 224015 {Oil Seal / Nitrile / Shaft Size=1.575" Housing Bore=2.047" Outer Diameter=2.058" Width=0.276"} Rear Wheel; Inner Just let me know if im ready to rock and roll.
  10. Did anyone think of what i said. Remove the caliper from the disc and have it hang on the suspension with a ziptie until you can get to someone who can help you.
  11. To bad its not a ea car. Numb is in that area and im sure he might of helped you if he could.
  12. Oh and tom i know youve never done brakes on these vehicles. Want to know why. Because these calipers are stupid. You need a special tool or pliers to spil the caliper back. A c clamp wont work on these brakes. It really stinks, i know.
  13. Heres an idea. Can you just remove the caliper from the brake. Now granted you would only have 3 brakes but you could still mosy down the road until you can find a replacement.
  14. Any type of cutting oil or lube needed. Or is the aluminum pretty workable as is.
  15. Also GD sorry if im frustrating you. I need ask and re ask and look for the easiest and quickest solutions. My car cant be down long, and here in iowa we run out of warm weekends quick this time of year.
  16. Ok Gd I trust you but couple questions. 1. How do i thread the allthread into the new hole without damageing the threads on the new studs. 2. Wont i have some nasty burs on my allthread if i cut it. 3. How long of a stud do i need to cut to get maximum penitration Im asumeing if i tap it to 7/16 i need to get 7/16 allthread.
  17. Someone posted this in another thread. Could i use this setup to replace the exhaust studs. Loctight the studs then antisieze the other side. Said these were for a small block chevy.
  18. No kidding, ive been telling him that but he wont listen to me. If the body is as rotten as you say then try to pickup a cheap lift and beat the snot out of that.
  19. I recomend either DieHard or Interstate. I know there all the hype but theyve been worth it. The diehard weatherhandler in my wagon was a year old when my brother had it. It finally gave up the ghost 7 years after it was bought. Worth every penny, when my wifes factory battery died in her van this year i replaced it with a diehard. One of the few things you might not want to skimp out on is a good power supply.
