  1. How about this one? 1B4GH44R7SX642567 Cole ran AUTOCHECK on it for me but how about a carfax report. Email me at cmakar@hotmail.com Thanks, Boz
  2. Yeah, I am hearing ya. Mac, If you are reading this I PROMISE those bolts will be coming your way. I just got a little behind. Sorry man, Boz
  3. Thanks a million Joe! I just bought a van for my family and I wanted to cover all bases. 5000 dollar van I got for 1700 on ebay. Not too shabby. I got it soo cheap because apparently the guy is a moron. He shot the pics of it as traded (Very dirty) and he listed it as a caravan not a grand caravan. He didn't even list all of the options. The funny part is that he's a used car dealer. Man, I could really make some money if I got back into it. Anyone want to go into the used car business? Dennis? Dave? EJ? Anyone local?
  4. Been a few hrs. No one yet, I will keep waiting. It is important. I guess I am the only clown home on a Friday night. I am such a loser! (No one needs to chime in to agree here, I already admitted it!)
  5. Sounds fishy but hey, If he sends a check and you cash it with no problems then it sounds good to me. ALWAYS make sure you got your money first. And NEVER give your account #. Money order/cashier's checks work best when dealing with strangers.
  6. If so can you please run this VIN for me and email me the results ASAP? THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! Boz cmakar@hotmail.com 1B4GH44R7SX642567
  7. Yeah, I have read that the cams are definately different and the heads were supposed to be as well. HA HA HA I HAVE YOUR MANIFOLD AND CARBS HA HA HA Let me know if you ever get rid of the cam or heads. Or if you ever have them out and figure out the specs from a machine shop. Thanks and good luck. I am sure you could fab up a dual carb intake, It can't be that hard...(If you have the resources)
  8. Don't think so. A few have used Toyota wheels and 28's are just a hair bigger so expect a hair more trimming. I am no expert though. But as far as I can see it shouldn't be a problem.
  9. That doesn't sound right. They should be snug but most get worn and dry out (Rubber gasket on the underside of the cap) so they become loose. You could always call Jeff or Gary at W+L if you need a quick question answered. They know their stuff and you are right there. I couldn't tell you what the prob is though...
  10. State your location and someone possibly will come help/show you. It's about a 45 minute job for a first timer. Pretty easy. If no one offers to help, someone will type up some instructions for you. I would but right now I am short of time. I am "Ebaying" right now....
  11. Some people run a 27 inch tire with very little trimming with that lift.
  12. Tried everything, not coming up for me.
  13. Xpert, I know Dennis has one. I was referring to myself. I have my EA82T out right now and figured we could do it all at the same time. If you have a need for it email me at cmakar@hotmail.com and we will talk. I am unemployed so right now it would just be an extra expense. Not a big deal to me. Let me know, maybe we could all meet up at my place go pull that spider and then turn some wrenches at my house for a while. Hmm, let's see, Me, You, Dennis, Hocrest, EJ, Mooseman, Kecksnext? Sounds like a small party to me, Plus I could show you a local area to go wheeling. Sort of like a mini PB. It's kinda cool. Let me know, Boz
  14. Dennis, Aren't you supposed to be at work right now???? ha ha Must be nice. Let me know if you wanna go grab it, I will call and see how much he wants, either that or we can pull it and I can set it aside for a dark and stormy night..........
  15. Dennis, When I get mine done we will compare even though you have some extra mods done plus I have an auto. I was actually lloking for numbers or specs, cold hard facts in black and white. I know where there is a spider intake and thought it would be good to throw on while we were already doing the work. I found the xt turbo at the same yard where we went, it was hidden pretty well. It's in pretty good shape too! Boz
  16. That we can't find some way to adapt roller rockers to our little roos? I know they don't make them for us but don't they now make them for Hondas and some of the other popular imports? They would be small enough to adapt to our cars. I know this was brought up about 2.5-3 yrs ago but not much was said. Anyone with thoughts on this? What about underdrive pulleys? Do they all go smaller in the same proportion or can you just make the crank pulley smaller? I think they all go in the same proportion because of when the disty fires etc....I emailed a place a while back but it was in Canada. He said he can make them for us if he had a test car to work out the bugs. I'm just trying to find some easy horses here. Work with me. Let's pursue some of these ideas instead of just saying "naw, it won't work"
  17. If you know the specs, then I suggest calling Wiseco or some other companies. Wisecos are fairly cheap. I have used them before in my motorcycle days. Not sure what other companies make pistons anymore. Never had problems with them.
  18. I have a factory dual carb manifold for an EA81 that I thought about having duplicated but I am very sure that would be extremely expensive. My brother has a friend who has a machine shop. Maybe I should ask him about it. I will not lend it out to anyone though. Too rare to have someone mess it up. Dennisex24 and a few others are running the famed spider intake. I am curious who started the hype about the spider intake. I want proof of some sort showing a difference in performance. Is it worth the time/headache? Anyone know anything?
  19. You gotta be going straight. I usually wind out first then before hitting second I shift out of 4wd then shift to second. Works great cause I am going straight and the rpm's are up and I already have the clutch in. Never had a problem like this.
  20. Wish we had snow. It was in the 70's this week so far (indian summer) but I think we will get dumped on this yr. Who says you can't go wheeling in the snow??????
  21. Yep, I'd say it's a pinhole somewhere that is sucking in some air whether it be the cap or a line. Don't know how the line would suck air in if it is pressurized though.
  22. I've only heard one person talking about spinning the sleeves. I am not doubting that it happened to him/her, However, I know of someone who bored their EA81 60 over with no problems for the 2-3 years they owned it thereafter. I would do it. I want to do it if I ever get around to playing with my spare engine. My $.02 Boz
  23. Damn, Paul I forgot. You didn't shoot a check out yet did you?
