the headlamps I got look the same to the naked eye.... to the measuring tape there about 7/8" differ at the grill in the deepness thicker........ Driver side fits with body lines on both hood & bumper corner is tight......... Passenger side is thinner in depth at the grillside hoodline and bumerline does not lineup..... corner is cocked Again the the car has not been wrecked .....I could shim to fit and it will but grill wont fit Ive looked at ebay 95 96 97 are one piece lights ...........97 98 99 are two piece so im back to is outback different from legacy

Nipper I agree 100% with your instrutions but shouldnt the cap pull coolant out of tank the last void of air I know it does this with water on this car cause I drained old rinsed with clean water twice both times sucked the air void out of rad.. now the coolant no sucky the tank to fill rad meantime I'll fill when it cool thank you -
96 2.2 outback 5sp .........my coolant seams low to me infact when I look In I can see what looks like the the ATF cooling coil.... 2 inches or more... I have no problems with temp at this time. is this the normal level? .......... Only reason im asking is bought it yesterday fluid changes today and I had a hell of a time getting the the coolant in. The cap I bought is a napa 13lbs new today I looked at my 93 s10 4.3 and my 93 cummins 5.9 both radiators are full to the top of the tank. just seams odd coolant res. is full and again I have no problems with over or under heating at this time
