  1. Good ones there, Jeff...at least 1/3 wasn't a stuck pic!
  2. Nice reciever. Any other mods yet?
  3. Is it strictly a suspension lift? With that much lift, and no body blocks, I'm surprised it's even driveable!
  4. Nice...one more member for the NW Offroo'd Team!?!
  5. Looks like the 35/64 converts to 13.89mm. If the website is correct, that would be better, but I used 14mm and it was tight. No welding necessary!
  6. I like the instructions better on this site: http://offroadingsubarus.com/6stud_conversion.html 14mm or 35/64 reuse the 2 studs you pound out and you'll only have to buy 8. The rear drums are harder, in that you should mill flat the raised areas around some of the new holes.
  7. Just had to post my fav, the schwimmwagen
  8. No prob, Jeff. It was kinda cool to see how much water burned off there in just one day.
  9. Check the sticky for more complete info. Peugot rims in 14 or 15" bolt up Weber 32/36
  10. Eric here. Have you seen this thread yet, since it concerns you: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?p=843288#post843288 Man, that bites! You were keeping good track of them too. Not in my rig, I pulled out the bbq for dinner last night.
  11. Nice pics there, Jeff...I didn't get any of the bbq. Was it "Troy" from chehalis? His showing up was quite the shocker! Bill, I'm sure we'll be up there again, but prob not for a while with everyone going to EC next month. Too much fun!
  12. I had an awesome time wheelin and visiting today. Overall, it was a great success! Only one broken strut out of seven soobs. Many thanks to Scott for providing a replacement! As far as I know, everyone got stuck at least once, and we devoured three packages of hot dogs. Here are just a few of my fav pics. Sorry if I left anyone out, these are just the best action and quality: All the rest can be seen here: http://s387.photobucket.com/albums/oo319/ericget/ Feel free to make copies of your cars. All 87 photos are from today, up to the rainy window one. We must do this area again sometime!
  13. Sorry we missed these posts, but I think all of us had left already. Hope you made it home!
  14. Great time for me to lose power and internet! Yeah, Scott, I'll probably be down at the river by 3 or so...I'll give you a call, if running late.
  15. Nice air, was that your buddy driving?
  16. I meant to drive through there on my way home from work, then forgot. Some of it is so well shaded, and the water so deep, that I doubt it. As an added bonus, though, it's stormin here right now, with big drops!
  17. Yeah!...tomorrow's the big day. I plan on being there a little early, so those of you not going with Jeff can find it. If anyone gets close enough, I'll be on CB #3. See you all there!
  18. I know about all of these sealants, having them in stock at my work. You're probably going to be fine with any urethane. Aquaseal is made for neoprene, like wet suits and diving masks. Probably not rated for metal, but it could be. Sika 221 is used for HVAC and RV apps. Price will be 1/2 that of 3M 5200, with either. Sealants are a delicate balance of flexibility vs. strength. One always takes from the other...that's why epoxy is so strong and brittle and rubber cement is so flexible and wimpy. Use a urethane that you can find, not many stores will have all three of these in stock.
  19. If they can't sign up, even just to vote, then maybe just take their votes at the next meet and announce the winner here?
  20. Impressive work, man. Hope to see some action shots now!
  21. Nice roll bars... I assumed they would be shorter, with the sammy windshield in there, but I like that better.
  22. As hot as it will be this Sunday, I plan on going swimming after the Baru-B-Q. There is an unlisted, neighborhood park just a few miles south of Custer, that borders the Nooksack river. Practically on the way home for most of you guys. And no...the river can't be forded! Map and directions
  23. Sounds like you're ready to do some wheelin!
