Looks great, and it appears that it goes pretty good too!
-
Nice work!
-
Any progress with your site yet?
-
Let me know, I may want some parts! I'm assuming it's rusty?
-
Send me pics if you can.
-
ok cool.

I was in fact referring to a merge. I'd have the harness from the 90 Loyale and the harness from the 96 Legacy, and I'd want them merged. This won't be immediate though.
-
Nice, I look forward to seeing progress

Would this mirror work for you? http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=133338

Well it'd be OBD2 from a 96 Legacy, into a 90 Loyale.

Who is merging harnesses these days? And what's the cost?
-
Hey Scott, just curious, when will your website be back online?

Mighty Whitey the mildly modded '97 Leggy L wagon

Yeah it made no sense to me either, but he is a long time Subaru guy and has done just about every mod to a Subaru that can be done. He tried loosening up the column to gain some room and it just wouldn't fit. He swapped the entire column from the Outback into the Legacy and everything went right together. -
Help Needed... Wont crank over

If it clicked, but did nothing, it sounds like it didn't have quite good enough of a connection to me. I would still try putting a good battery and making sure the terminals have a good connection. -
It's quite custom. Extended struts and blocks etc. He may not being used to it's full potential in this video, or in general, but that doesn't take away from the build quality.

The Forester actually does really well off road. Mine is far from as modded as this one, and very capable. And the owner of this Forester, built it all himself, in his shop. So that says something too.

Why does he need to re-think his priorities?

The steering column is different length too, so the u joint may not swap in from the Outback. When a friend of mine lifted his 99 Legacy wagon, he put the OB lift blocks in, and tried using the u joint as well, he had to use the entire Outback column and u joint for it to fit. -

You'll need to extend your steering u joint as well if you use the OB body lift.
