Dynolicious results 93 Loyale FWD
bratman18 replied to l75eya's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
The FWD 3AT is loads quicker than the 4WD 3AT from my experience. -
Those are some damn nice wheels.

Damn, didn't realize this had such low miles!! Mine is over 113k now. Still going strong though!
-
Looks awesome. Great work as as always!

Yeah I'll have to take one! I will be replacing the rusty oil pan that has started to leak, with a rust free, mint oil pan from an 05 STi early next week. And at the same time installing my group N tranny and motor mounts that I have had for ever. Then, the next thing will be the STi intake manifold, turbo inlet, and one step colder plugs. Not sure when that will be happening yet.

Rear disc brakes were probably swapped on from a turbo Subaru

Pics... And man, my cell phone pics did not come out good!
-
I have the DCCDPro installed on my 6 spd swapped Forester XT. It works great. And by far the best customer service I have ever been given.
-
It's all done and home, pics later.

I immediately went through one front cv after my 2" lift, and now the other is making noise. Both factory Subaru axles too. Hopefully you have better luck than I did!
-
It's getting there! And yes the STi plate delete is up side down! Lol
-
Yeah I'm not too worried about the bolts that hold them to the body, but the nut, and the stud that have the actual rear control arm mount/bushing on it. That nut will probably come off, but has the bushing rusted itself onto the stud?? That's my worry. I plan on soaking them down with pb blaster once I get it back and hopefully that will help.

Yes! And for CHEAP! I have ball joints and the cone washers on the way for them. I just have to remove my rear control arm bushings and swap them out for these ones so that they fit right. I'm hoping they come off mine, I'm sure the rust will fight me.

Very nice. Can't wait to see more pics!
-
You should see about moving this to the members ride section!
-
Also have these to put om at some point
-
Yeah I thought they looked a little small, so that makes sense. Those 27.7's would be real close to the rear struts, even with the SG rears. Mine measure a hair over 27.5 and there isn't much room at all. I'm sure with the right wheel they will be all good though.
-
I actually thought that too. Black and gold seem to look good on silver cars. I'd love to get some gold BBS, but I doubt it will happen any time soon. I do have some gold wheel paint though. hmmmm And I will definitely get some good pics.

Very nice Rob! I really like the color too. And this makes me really want to get the windows tinted in my 98. Great job with it so far.

Looks good! How tall are your tires in inches?

Nice! Well make sure you take lots of pictures!
