  1. The header on your car is equal length. To get the boxer sound, you need to have an unequal length. You can get them one from someone on RS25.com, but it would be much cheaper to make one yourself. Just make sure one side is longer than the other, and you will get the sound you are looking for
  2. Nice cah dude!! Glad you got it, cause if you hadn't, I would have!! Hahaha. Can't wait to see it coming down the driveway!
  3. Looks good. I fell in love with that look as well. Might as well keep it original!!
  4. The EA82's also rust in the rear seat belt mounts. Around here anyway. There are literally only a few left on the roads around here. Good job with saving one!!
  5. How much snow did you guys get? We just got over a foot here.
  6. Just saw this thread. Congrats on the purchase, I know you ad been looking for one for a while. I bet it's fun!! I know I love my FXT. Big improvement over the RS!!
  7. nice!!! make sure you post lots of pics
  8. Looks awesome!! That thing must stop really well with 2 pot front calipers!!!
  9. I have a 99 Legacy L sedan. I already have Outback struts on it, so I would be looking at a 2" lift that includes 2" blocks for everything, not just the strut tops, and obviously a steering extension to work with the 2" drop. Can you pm me a price on that? Thanks
  10. sorry, but mine are brand new, and they measure between 26 1/2 and 26 3/4. All tire manufacturers are different when it comes to tire size. I have found that with many tires.:-\
  11. When replacing dead air struts with regular gas struts, can you use the strut top from the air struts on the new struts or do you have to get non air strut tops? Thanks BTW this is a 93ish Legacy
  12. Yeah and those are the ones that measured 26 1/4 when they were new
  13. I'm putting a set of 205 75 15's on my Brat with a 3" lift. But they only measure about 26.5-26.7" tall. I fit 26.25" tires with a 2" lift in the front and just the torsion bar cranked in the rear, so I'm pretty sure the extra little bit will fit fine
  14. Frankenmotor would be sweet!! Thanks. My Forester is a ton of fun. I'm running STi stage 2 right now, with lots of other mods as well. It's an on going project as yours is......
  15. That thing looks awesome. I'd love to do this kind of project someday
  16. I fit 27's easy with a 3 " lift on my Brat
  17. Thank you!! There are many stories of issues with the strength of the 4 spd.
  18. The 4spd is a lot longer than the 5 spd, and not as strong. Not really worth it IMO
