  1. Then i did almost all right. But i dont have a clue where number 5 goes. But a great thanks to you ! Now 95% of all hoses is where they should be
  2. i can't see to get it right. I have taken some new pics on how i connected it now. Can someone pls explain what goes where if i have connected wrong. I will give all outputs and hoses a number so it's easier for me to know what goes where. I suck at english so i think it's there my problem is I numbred them from 1 - 7 and pls use the numbers when you explain. I know what the intake boot is and the canister in the front i call just as easy as black canister The pics: http://i45.tinypic.com/3038w0k.jpg http://i48.tinypic.com/2e4ezjt.jpg Some help really soon would be a killer thanks all for the help i got this far !
  3. Hi. I dont have a repair manual and the schematics on the hood is barely readable But i dont think i will know exactly where all should go. Cant see all the lines on the drawing. But pictures from an engine would really help me
  4. Ill need alot of help with the vacuum hoses in my EA82T Subaru RX 1988. I have uploaded some pics with the lines i dont know where they should go. Can someone please take a picture of these lines or a good drawing where they should go and so on The car is being sold this weekend thats why i want it fixed. Cant find any good picture on the net. The black plastic T-cross on the second picture i dont think should be there but all help with the lines would be great !
  5. I have tested the car a bit more now. changed all fuel because the other was old. It got a little better but it still stops at full throttle. When i boost over 0.5bar the car halts and runs fine when its stops boosting. One more trouble is that i can see on the boostgauge that it woobles a bit on boost. the boost is not smooth if you know what i mean. And the last problem i found. The water in the turbo sounds like its boiling. And its only in the turbo it sounds like its boiling. What can be the problems ?
  6. How about the memory of fault-codes ? I read it by connection the 2 green connectors and put the ignition on. But how do i erase the codes ? I think i have olde codes left in the memory.
  7. Hmm, Plenum what part is that ? My english sucks. What connections was loose for you and were are they located ?
  8. I have now checked the fuelfilter and all around that. It flows like it should. The pump is newly swaped. but the car still wont run good. Can an air-leak make it dip so mutch at boost. And its only at boost the car is braking. I really want to use the car now when the snow comes And one more question. How do i erase my errorcodes ? And how do i read them ?
  9. Thanks alot for these pics. Going to test the car with a vacuum tool to see if there is any leak. Must have the car working before the snow comes
  10. It goes vaclines almost everywhere in this car Nah but i have found one problem. I cant switch on my DIFF Lock. I think that is controlled by Vac too. But ill need either a schematics over the lines or some pics from that side of the engine. And also on the black yar that has some lines to it and is located by the right headlight. Someone that can take som pics of the areas around the turbo and the Vacuum storage yar and that black yar ?
  11. the turbo is stock and everything should be stock. I have to check the vaclines again so i dont have any leaks or so but i cant find any. But one thing i really want is a pic of an engine compartment around the lines from turbo to the 2 things located on the passanger side right in front of the shockabsorber. and also the white yar with 2 vaclines to it if someone can take that ? I will check the fuelfilter tonight and all fuellines etc...
  12. Hi ! First i will say that my english isn't the best I have a problem with my subaru RX from 1988 with the EA82T engine in. When i'm driving now and when i puts down the accelerator pedal and the greenlight turns on for boosting and after like 1 sec the car drops in Rev and i'm close to hit my head in the windshield. It does like this all the time and only on hard accelerations and so on. What can be the problem ? and another question. At the passenger side there is a white jar with some vac lines to it can anyone take a pic there so i can see where everything goes ? Best Regards //Joakim
  13. So you dont think i should use the Walbro pump instead ? Because here in sweden its almost impossible to find a used pump to this car. And a new one costs 3 times more than a Walbro. The thing with my pump is when its out in the cold its just working when i hit it. But inside it works all the time. And its not the connections that is the problems because i have changed them now.
  14. I have an 255L/h Walbro pump at home. hope that will work without any bigger modifications.
  15. I will check the tank too. But today i found the real problem. The connection on the fuelpump is loose. And i have to hold it tight together to get the pump going. Tomorrow i'm doing a new connection and hopes for better function. Was no rust in the fuelfilter when i checked it today. Hopefully i can drive the car tomorrow My Grandpa will be really happy now. He bought this car from the Factory 1987 and sold it to my cousins who drove rally with it Or they thought they where It went from mint condition to crappy in 2 years But i think i can get it back up again.
  16. Ahh that box. But its no fuses in it Just jumper-wires. As it seems. But i will check it later on today. and about the Relay, where is that located ? Is it next to the hood opener ? and as Caboobaroo said about sediment. The car has been standing for 2 years with about 1 gallon of fuel in the tank. Maybe there has made some sediment.
  17. Now i really think that its a loose connection somewhere. I drove my car for about 10 minutes today without any problems. And when i was on my way to drive it home it wouldnt start. What do you think about putting an switch on the fuelpump ? So i manually puts the pump on. Is that something that would work ? Or can there be problems if i do that way ? Because i cant find the wires under the hood you where talking about. I dont have any wires at all around the battery.
  18. That meens that it should come fuel from my fuelfilter when i connects the green connectors. But thats not happening I will check my fuelpump and see how it works.
  19. What is the easiest way to access the pump on this cars ? I'm really new to them and cant get any help here in Sweden about the cars
  20. When i disconnects the MAF the car goes like ************ even on idle. BUT when i connects the 2 green connectors under the steeringwheel and turns the igniton switch one step it clicks in some relays but theres nothing coming from the fuelline after the fuelfilter. Not before the fuelfilter either. There not even dripping just nothing Maybe there can be the fuelpump relay or something ? Or maybe the pump itselfs. Is an intank pump on this cars ?
  21. Ahh thats why i never found any pics Thanks alot for the help.
  22. Is there anyone here who has some pics of the Exhaust manifold on the EA82T. Pics on it outside of the car would be best I have to send pics to my guy who will re-build it for my TD04HL-15T Turbo. //Joakim
  23. I have read that and the EA82 Service Manual about 100 times now Done exactly after them. Everything seems right in the timingmarks but tomorrow i will check som things with MAF, Fuel and the markings one more time. Its going to be a bit warmer tomorrow
