Jeff:
I just use out-of-the-box Windows Movie Maker.
I drag and drop the .avi files in the timeline,
I chop 'em up, and fade 'em into each other,
And then save the production to a new movie file.
This YouTube video is pretty good up to about 6:04.
At this point I tell it the compression or final file size I want (try a few settings yourself, and see how small you are happy with)
Then you upload it to YouTube (and give me all the credit for showing you how!)

Bruce,
I was wondering if there is a way that I could take all the wheeling vids and make one big one that could go on youtube, sorta like you did with that other one back in Feb. I have all the origanals on my computer but I don't know how to edit them all together. Any tips would help me along.
Thanks
Jeff
