  1. Excellent. You guys rock, thank you for the quick replies.
  2. Right on, all I really need is the y-pipe and muffler, so I'm not super concerned with the center piping, but I might still use the cat off the other car as it was alot lower miles. Thanks for all the help guys
  3. Very cool, thats what I thought. Thank you. Any idea on the rear seats ?
  4. Hey guys, my name is Alex, just got back in to the wonderful world of Subys a few weeks ago with the purchase of my 88 GL 4x4. I will put up an intro thread once I have some pics, but just needed a question answered. I found someone parting out a 90 Loyale FWD. I am looking to buy the backseat and the full exhaust. Both cars are wagons by the way. I need a new exhaust manifold and the muffler, both of which look to be in great shape and also the backseat as mine is complete, but pretty gross. I'm almost positive the seat will work but I was hoping for some confirmation. My other question is, was the exhaust routing any different on the 2WD Loyale vs the 4WD GL. From the pictures provided it looks like it will fit, but again just needed some confirmation as alot of cars these days will route the exhaust different for 2WD and 4WD models. And to wrap it up, the exhaust manifold should be identical between the 2 cars correct? Thanks in advance. Lovin the site so far.
  5. Glad he made it home. Looks like a really good clean find
  6. Just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic PDF write up on the engine swap. :)

  7. Just picked up an old GL a few weeks ago and am loving these conversion threads. Subscribed. Keep up the good work, cant wait to see more.
  8. Wow, unbelievable find. Very cool. Keep us updated on the rebuild.
  9. Getting ready to do the belts on my 88 GL that I just picked up. Is there a good write up on the proper way to do this anywhere ? Thanks
  10. I dunno, maybe I am in the minority, but I really like the EA82 wagons. Then again I may be a bit partial.
  11. I would also say go for it. I just picked up an 88 wagon with the dual range and a 5 spd for $300. Definately needs some love, but the mechanicals and interior are fantastic. And for $250 you can afford to spend some quality time and money on it. Keep us posted.
