I've been seeing how my dash lights (converted all to LED) have been diming to the point of beeing almost off with the blower on high and AC on and headlights on.. However with the car at like over 2K and above the dash lights and all come on again. So I took some readings.. btw this is a Subaru reman alternator Battery at rest: 12.6v Running: 14.4v no load With load (i.e. headlights & AC) 13.2v After about 5 min running with the headlights and AC on voltage fell to 12.7 V running Any clues?

Hmm so you can't use the ball joint from a stock legacy mirror on the Gentex is that right? -

it seems impossible to find just the temp sensor by it's self I don't need a premade harness. nor does it say anything about having the mirror button which might be hard to find.. unlikey it will have the button. -
heh the part of my car that rusted out is where that stupid part is near the rear door right where the rocker panel and the door meet.. I never understood that.. I have to fix it up before I paint the car.

I just hate mirror mounts somehow a friend of a family somehow ripped off the window mirror that was used with that permatex stuff it ended taking a chunk of glass off as well. I understand it's like the only way but I have to hope it wont fall off but once I set my mirror I hardly touch it.. and being it's auto dim I would have less of a reason to adjust it. having said that which mirrors came with the temp and compress that's two line? The '99 tahoe is single line right? -
haha good one.. Speaking of the T-stat I had picked up a new dealer one a week before the HG job.. I made sure I had everything I would need so I would have to do less running around. I know when I ended up putting coolant back in I don't think it took the whole gallon.. It's been awhile so I can't remember.. I think I just filled it with straight water then ended up flushing it again.

I swear I saw something on end wrench before it was taken down.. something about the '97-99 year range about CEL regarding a misfire but the misfire was not really true. For a example I replaced my starter contacts one day pulled the cable and all that hooked it back up.. I would get the classic 3 & 4 misfire every day.. I pulled the cable again when I did my transmission.. installed everything back and I haven't had it say anything. Seems like each reset is OK or I'm going to spit out these same codes over and over until you reset me again
