Thanks, the yellow fogs are stock but with yellow film I got on ebay.. been on for about a year now.. it really helps with the contrast at night. The JDM headlights I took out the only thing I kept was the bracket to mount the projector in.. I'm running these projectors in the car but the older 2.0 version http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=101 it's a tad tight in the housing with very limited up and down movement.. once I get the ballasts I can check how high/low I need to aim I really miss the tail lights however lol To do the rear end it's going to cost me around $160 or so to convert to LED's at least the two reverse lamps and turn signals only... I'm about to build a LED array for the 3rd brake light

I been here all this time and never knew we had a member's ride haha going be awhile to get everything right but I figure I will start off with this.. I was testing out the JDM headlights i used a 3 up rebel 4500K LED's driven at 700 mA using a signal relay in order to get my high brightness when the headlight is on and turn signal is triggered. I found a resistor which would look good for a parking light brightness, stock RHD projectors were taken out and I put in FX-R projectors in.. I just need the Denso ballast next to finally get everything done. I'm sure most everyone know I just did the transmission last week while I did that I took the clutch off and inspected it and it looked very good, no hot spots or anything. In Aug the car is getting painted all black from it's current dark blue/grey color.

Finally a break in the weather so I tested it today

I've got JDm projectors I've had them on my table for like 3 months now.. I put in some FX-R projectors.. very tight fit which required a lot of cutting.. I'm running some Rebel LED's for turn signals.. I'm using a relay on it so I get my turn/parking light blink when the headlights are on. I'm about 502 Lm at full brightness, Not sure if I ever showed the pictures here but here is a youtube video of me manually powering it. WE have a member's ride section?

Yeah they are a lot better then the USDM lights for sure I like how the turn signals and reverse lights all come with Fresnel lenses. between me needing another set of wheels and tires I might not be able to get them until next month providing I can find someone that's selling

F... I would give my kidneys for the JDM tails.. when I totaled my 95 Legacy I did not have the effen deep sockets to get the tails off and I had to leave them on the car.. They are a rip off to buy.. and those i got for a decent deal because the guy was in NY.. I've been looking for some since I'm painting the car in 2 months and I want to do my custom LED tail lights.

I haven't done anything yet and given it's pretty much going to rain this whole week I'm not sure.. I think one way I can find the hole easy is a have a 23 long inch drill bit and I figure I would stick it in the hole where the bolt goes after I cut it off and then I can find the location with ease and wield on a replacement bolt as well.

I was wondering before I try this... I have a headlight from a JDM legacy and one of the fingers on the plastic part that pushes over a ball socket broke use to age and me test fitting a projector.. long story short if I don't level it, the light will shoot high.. and since I can't find a socket to fit over the ball the closest size I could find was 1/2" so I was thinking about filling the inside with ultra grey and letting it set.. It says it's flexible but by how much? It's just a pivot point

^same here.. I had my slave cylinder pop off the tranny (odd) and it ended up sideways with the pin about to pop off.. It was scary because the clutch got rock hard and then I heard a bang and it stuck to the floor.. It would of been a pain without the tool box because that pin was wedged pretty tight.

I just wanted to say after I drove in the new seal (the above still did it a little uneven) but i ended up getting it sorted out by hitting the seal with a rubber mallet, the seal is like all the other reference photos I saw.. I got a little confused at first after I first took it for a drive when I was done because it was smoking like before after highway speeds but I guess that must of been the left over stuff because now it no longer smokes and this is after like 6K runs. having said that the first gasket I used was a fel-pro but then I noticed not too long after they came out with a "new & improved" version at least that's what the description said. Anyways the sealing lip looked smaller on the fel-pro.

One day when replacing my starter contacts I bumped one of the hoses and it started to spray a bit (system still under pressure) so that's where my coolant loss was going.. my question is this a dealer item or auto parts store item? I know some auto store stuff is cut to fit but still sometimes has funny bends.
