hmm it seems like you really need two ujoints lol.. So I got the one with the one attached to the socket when I noticed it went in so deep. I have two extensions but the right I have are for 1/2" so I was only able to change one so far and i changed the plug for #3 and I looked at it.. I will get a macro picture of it later.. I also changed the plug wires around. when I do adjust my valves the valve cover gasket can be changed as well. Now back to trying to find that spare u-joint lost someplace around the house. I doubt using my breaker bar would be very fun.

timing belt + water pump and all idlers getting replaced next month last known replacement was 66,000.. at least what I saw in the car I was going to do the ebay kit... now with my EJ22 I used a ebay kit and the belt.. but since I have a DOHC now I think I should use a better belt? Dayco perhaps? -
When I had my 98 Forester 2.5 same EJ25D when I changed the plugs and used platinum and Bosch I would get a misfire from them.. I later swapped them out for the correct kind (still platinum NGK) and it was fine until re traded the car in for an 03 FXS I'm not sure if I'm going to get to the plugs today or not just because it's another trip to the auto store because I don't have a 3/8 U-joint

So I've been reading here about leather care and all and so I picked up lexol cleaner and conditioner, Ok but what about the dash? No one really said anything but how about Meguiar's natural Shine Protectant? Anyone ever use this? I did not get the glossy one of this because the sun bothers me when it reflects off the dash.

i'm looking at the opposedforces site and I see that part with the spring sounds like someone has been around the shifter before.. if that's the case I might as well replace those bushings as well? Might work for direct link http://opposedforces.com/parts/legacy/us_b11/type_47/manipulation/manual_gear_shift_system/illustration_1/
