Window Deflectors

May have to wait until a hot day comes then. I was thinking I would take mine off, prime them and paint them, but not leave them in the garage (I have bad luck with paint chipping in there) and just put them in a box and stick them inside by a heater... But If Im not removing them... Then... Yea. Cant bring Ned into the house and stick him by a heater... As much as I want to -
The best thing for power and reliability... is a weber. They are pretty spendy.. Like $150 up in these parts, but its well worth it. The hitatchi carbs are just junk. I would also recommend you flush the radiator and replace ALL the coolant hoses you can see. If you spring a leak, its not that bad, the coolant will cook off the engine (its awesome to see people freak out cuz they think your car ) I would do that, its pretty simple.

So I have a 1986 GL Sedan Theres these rear window deflectors that the paint/sticker is peeling and looks gross. So I want to repaint mine. Took them off my friends GL-10 but when you put them back on, they wobble ALOT and I wont let them come off my car because I dont want to lose them What do I need to do to get them off cleanly, paint them up (just black again) and put them back on and have them stick... Last resort, gorilla glue

Timing belt and water pump will be done soon, gotta order the kit and find somewhere to do it, apparently when I put the new wheels on Ned, someone told the landlord and he reminded my parents that although no fluids are involved, its still part of the rental agreement. Its a clanking noise in the engine... so Im thinking something along the timing belt line has gone south, so hopefully timing belt and water pump will fix that. Has coolant and oil, and neither are mixed, so... Cant be headgaskets right

Update on the Legacy. So yes it is a 1993. Only FWD (Just plain Jane Legacy L) Definitely will need work. Not sure so much about the engine.. The bumper and hood and corner markers arent on right. Will get pictures in a bit. Sucks it has 14 inch wheels I was hoping it had 15s, people seem to want those. Symptoms: Temp gauge stays at 3/4 after about 20 minutes of running, then when accelerating it goes to the top and stays there even back down at idle. Left it running, touched all the hoses, warm but not burn your hand off hot. Does sound kinda rough but didnt die a single time (about 7.2 mile drive and quite a few stoplights) Smells pretty bad, smoke coming from center of the engine, looks like is coming out of the crank pulley... GD had a car that had an idler that stuck and kept running, it just sheered off the bolt and used it as an axle, thinking maybe this engine is doing that too?

1993 Legacy Sedan Auto transmission 167k miles Clean title *although hood was replaced* New $200 stereo and brand new alternator Recent oil change Driven no more than 15 miles daily for last 2 years. Whats wrong: Engine shakes badly (or so they say, I havent personally driven it yet) It will idle very rough, shaking the car, and especially at stop lights. No smoke. Then it will just die. I think it will start back up, but I never asked. She hasnt driven it in almost a month. Things to check: Injectors Plugs and wires Coil pack Anything else?

Yupp got them mounted. Ill have to unmount them to paint them, but I may just do that myself later on... Couldnt be happier with the way it looks: Definitely lifted it a bit, but oh well. But Spencer... Youre adding so much cool stuff to you EA82, its hard for Ned to keep up

Its stock. May leave this color and just repaint it to match (has some spots that need some work and paint seems to be fading on hood) Peugeot 15 inch wheels on 195/60/15 just put on today - need to get them actually painted, but having the tread on these tires is REALLY good since the other ones (for sale forum) had very bad tread on front right tire.

Front right suspension issue?

167,880 miles on it currently. Last time it was on the stand and they drove it, Im pretty sure just that front right tire was bouncing up and down...
