  1. Well thats good I think I will stick with 29s since I have a link for the retreaded ones pretty cheap as well as not wanting to make things too expensive
  2. In that case, I will go with 29"s Will it be too much drag on my clutch though?
  3. I pick up the car, hopefully tomorrow so my friend can help on the wiring... If anyone else could help sometime too, thatd be great, hes gonna look at and see if he can sort some of it out.
  4. I have no clue how to do that Tutorial somewhere?
  5. I thought about doing a sheet metal covering (after removing the signals) on the 1984 GL Wagon and mounting cool LED strips as my turn signals on my bumper (steel front bumper) But I dont want to steal someones idea either.
  6. I dont know, I want something different... I notice alot of lifted hatches/wagons look about the same, with little bits of changes in the characteristics... So I just want something different for mine, thats all.
  7. Well, the front signals are out, and I have some wiring issues in the car, so I figured if it was a different bulb or a rewire, I should address them at the same time. Honda... No. Eww. I wouldnt drive a honda if it was handed to me, id trade it in for a different subie, or sell it cheap to buy mods for mine haha
  8. Ive always known Subies to have the rear turn signals flash faster if the front ones are out... But its illegal to not have front ones (obviously) Can I change the timing of them to blink faster on the front and back without taking my bulbs out and being a target for cops? I did this in my Loyale thinking I wouldnt get caught... WRONG! Now in the 84 GL I just want faster lights, Ive seen Hondas (god forbid I have to get one of these to do it ) with them blinking faster on the front and back.
  9. Hey Trevor, heard anything on which day works best?

  10. Ill have to pick up a set:banana: Showed my friend with the pathfinder, when his 27s die he will get 29s
  11. Search the forums, someones BOUND to have one
  12. Ha, this is bad rump roast Just throwing in my 2 cents worth:rolleyes: Wanna see finished product:grin:
  13. Hey! Just wondering how much a 2 or 4 inch lift on a 1984 GL Wagon would be? Would it get in the way of an EJ swap eventually? I want to run 27s or 29s (whichever I get my hands on first) Just wanting to know a ball park average, cant do right this moment though... stupid bills.
  14. Looks good Seems like a fixer on the outside, but I imagine youll have it shining like a diamond Specs? Engine Tranny Mileage etc?
  15. Major bummer Lol Thats why I love not having a job. Nah I hate it. Really. Stupid economy:mad:
  16. I could make him come in the Subaru with me... But the girlfriend is coming, and long story short, she was my ex, he tried for her and she picked me over him in the end, so its still a little rusty on having them together in same car for 6 hours each way etc. But if he can bring his Pathfinder (and I can come up with the gas for his Pathfinder) then Im sure he would come along just to get more wheeling experience.
  17. Sounds fair lol This will be my first WCSS event so I obviously cant say he can come lol.
  18. My 92 Loyale was a tank... Haha. I put her through riding the ebrake, 265k miles (sold running and driving) drifting in the snow, into curbs, power slides, drifting on studs (long story) etc. Hopefully the Legacy can put up that abuse
  19. Well I most definitely try to make the WCSS one Im gonna be picking up the Subaru this week (if Trevor is still selling it, he hasnt talked to me in over a week) and thats take all my funds, so I will have to see if I can get extra to make it to the one this weekend, but I will make the WCSS one. Question bout both. Friend w/ the 91 pathfinder, trying to convince him to go, but he says he doesnt belong in a Subaru event... But for the WCSS and wheeling afterward, can he go or is it just Subies?
  20. I might... I want to, but... Im kinda worried bout my car, itll still be stock but I want the experience of messing around a bit... Ugh so much fun with Subarus where will I ever find the time
  21. Im sure when I get into it, I will wheel them hard, to keep up with my friends soon to be lifted 91 pathfinder and my other friends jeep... But for now, Im going to be gentle, stock height and everything, day after I buy it (thursday) its going wheeling haha I decided like a 27 inch tire will work? I mean, bigger = more expensive, so Id prefer to keep the cost low.
  22. Also, you going to WCSS 12? Look up West Coast Subaru Show in google and the website will come up Its in Washington
