any EJ will bolt right into an EA82 body car, you just have to use a turbo crossmember if you are using a turbo engine. the trans is a little harder. if you can find an XT6 trans corssmember it will bolt right up, or you have to do a little modification on the impreza crossmember. if you use the EJ trans (witch you should) you will have to have the driveline shortened. side note. i see you live in Utah, where abouts do you live. im in Utah once or twice every year...
