Hello, I wanted to ask you about your blue brat for sale. I wanted to know how the condition of everythign was. Struts, rust, interrior. Also how well does it run, any knocks? How much are you selling it for?
I got out my BFH and made the axle leave its stub. Now in my furious caveman beating i bumped the threads a little... which messed up the nut, now I gotta go buy a new at the junkyard. Going to bang the other one out tomorrow, a little more carefully. It seems this may have happened to the previous owner as well... the nuts are different.
I know I havre to pull the front axles and put the stubs back in... how do I get the stubs off the old axles to put back into the car? I saw one time a HOW TO but now I cant find it for the life of me.
I have a ea81 brat, can I use the ea81 drivetrain with the ea82 fuel injection motor in my ea71 car? Cause I can pick up a perfect running dl sedan for 350.

I want to get it drivable for now. I have an 81 brat that i wanna pull the drivetrain out and put in my 79. then EJ swap it, because I know all about those, two RS's and three WRX's and a Forester later...
I cannot find a thread, or even a mention about how to plumb the vacuum lines on my EA71 Brat. I'm getting quite pissed at this damn car. it is extremly hard to start and when it does, it only runs for a second, has a new fuel pump running off an under hood tank for now. could I get a picture of a properly running brat carb and check it against mine?
Can anyone link me to a site that has a list of all the colors of each year of the Brat? I'm looking at repainting/repairing my rust and want to do an original 70's color.
