  2. I got them from Autozone, the only place I found them, and I switched out the bulbs for 100w's
  3. When I first got it as she sits now New wheels/tires, much wider, but I can still break them loose The wagon next to the mound I went over my first attempt on the above mound I need a place to host a 36mb video, any sudgestions?
  4. I'm cutting an hammering right now, even my stock wheels/tires rubbed, so these 215/60/14's rub alot I'll have pics later
  5. would be a cool place to start and lengthen to a bit higher, wouldn't work for me being 6'3" on a side note, is the stereo depth standard or shorter than most radios?
  6. do you have a lift? if not do those tires rub? did you have to cut/hammer anything?
  7. sorry, still not historic, it's an '81 wagon, but a cool find none the less
  8. stupid question but is this strictly a professional only kinda job to replace? or is it possible to do at home?
  9. nice going!! putting them both together to make a sweet clean d/r?
  10. Fixed the problem!!!! :headbang::headbang::headbang: so it was probably the points but I just changed the whole disty for an electric one and it is sweeeeeeettttttt, it pulls harder than it did before and with no hesitation or sputter now I can't wait for my 14"pug alloys and the 205/60s that are going on them, it's waaaaaaayyyyyy too easy to toast the fronts
  11. it's not redneck if your not trying to compensate for other inadequant elsewhere if you are then it is redneck!!
  12. I don't have a coolant leak, always stays the same my idle will misfire once warmed up but not till then, I adjusted the idle air mixture screw but it just made the car afterfire more, made it too rich, didn't fix the problem I'm going to add some more grounds, and strengthen the ones that are there, see if that helps
  13. I got mine a couple days ago, these are great quality and nice clean rubber, it would make a great improvement on your 25+year-old car, even if your not leaking (take up your carpet and check)
  14. my problem is worst when the engine is cold, does that make sense? (sorry to highjack)
  15. I'm currently having the same problem with my wagon I've done all the same test and replacements too, I'm about to change my distributor from points to ele. what part of the coil do ground better? the part that has the resister? anyway I was just wondering if anyone has done an upgrading grounding mod on any of these old cars? I thought that it would atleast help the ignition flow smoothly
