  1. Thanks. Problem was whoever worked on it previously plugged in the green diagnostic plug and was left plugged in.
  2. 02 legacy 2.5 at. Motor was blown up and would not turn over. I'm suspecting someone had tried to start it with the motor locked up. Replaced engine and now runs and drives fine, but have 8 cel codes and blinking cel all the time. Also with ignition on engine off(as in when reading codes) you can hear relays clicking from multiple places under the hood and trans area and the fans cycle on and off even when engine is cold. From what I've read I'm thinking some type of over current damage was done by trying to start the car with a locked up motor. Here are the list of codes: p0500 Veh speed sensor A malf p1540 malf cntrl veh speed Idle speed control aux inputs p0851 Park/neutral sw. circuit low input p0852 Park/neutral sw. circuti hi input p1518 Manf cntrl veh spd Idle speed control aux inputs P0512 Starter signal circuit p0137 o2 sensor circuit lwo volts bank1 sens2 p0138 o2 sensor circuit hi volts bank1 sens2 Assuming the last two are unrelated to the main problem, but any help is greatly appreciated before I take it to the shop to fix. thanks
