How do I replace the CEL on my 1992 Loyale

Thanks Gloyale..... I must be missing something. I removed the screws at the base of the dash, but I still can't access the light bulbs. Could you be more specific as to what screws must be removed to change the CEL bulb? -
I've determined the light bulb is burnt out in my '92 Loyale. Do I have to take the dash apart to replace the bulb? Or, is there an easier way?
