it literally took 5 seconds to look in the usrm, i didnt have to use the search function. I got rude when the op stated an unwillingness to do the same. You are correct Bratman, this is a forum, not a service. Theres lots of folks in Oregon that will be more than happy to pimp a soob and make it so the owner doesnt have to know jack about it.

you're welcome for giving you ALL of the info you need with less than 30 seconds of typing to link it for you. please respect the experience of the folks who freely provide advice around here. My advice to you, if you are truly serious about modding your soob, and ive done everything you are asking of, is to humble yourself and not expect too much of your vehicle. remember, we're wheeling unibody station wagons with 94 stock hp. all of this bs aside, welcome to the board . USMB is the best forum on the net, we can help you out, if you can too.

depends on how you do it, you need to keep the pinion shaft with the ring gear and outer seals. youd know this if you could read.
-
if you dont wanna look you have no business wanting to know anything, just pay someone to do it for you. dont waste peoples time due to your own complacency, its rude.

use the search function next time please, http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/63821-pics-of-lsd-conversion/...or look in the USRM....

if it smells like fuel or exhaust (ie not sweet, like antifreeze) you may have an issue. did you use a dealer tstat? are you sure your tb seal is working? -

the bottom line is, has been, and always will be flow. those heads do not and cannot put up with the cfm needed to produce power. Tallonx: this is only the hundredth or so time this EXACT topic has been covered, and by linking something, you are suggesting it. unless you say otherwise whilst posting it. By the time Subaru/FHI got around to fixing the head flow issue among all the other performance inhibiting factors of ea series engines.....guess what? they had ejs. no one is being a douche, theyre right. cool your jets and go brush up on math and hydrodynamics

On our 86 wagon the screws holding the rods from the latch to the handles were stripped, allowing the whole thing to "bend" instead of --- it would v ....someone else had been in there and made the screws unremovable. solution: big fat ziptie on the joint so theres no flex. this was the third time (and last hopefully) Ive tried to solve that problem. hth
