  1. well if you wanna drive it over this weekend we can have a look-see. pressure test?
  2. i cant see the pic too well on my phone but if your intake gasket is leaking you might get coolant there. i know you recently changed carbs (youre welcome lol). did you change anything else? my bad if this is a different car or i couldnt see well enough
  3. :headbang:should be there monday. of course, it IS the usps:lol:
  4. my advice: lift and trim. also bfh the rear half of front wheel wells, flatten pinch weld therein etc. more lift=less trim but youd have to go huge not to rub at all. good luck, keep askin questions
  5. hey there Abe, hope things are goin smooth. do you have any more d/r 5mts? if so whats it worth to ya? thanx again Rob V

  6. Hey just thought id see if you still need those hubs, i can get them in 13 hours. cheers, Rob

  7. before super smoky tandem hg explosion ended my fun, my 91 loyale wag regularly saw 7200 rpm shifts. not so much as cracked valve seats. low shifting will hurt stuff, the motor is basically fighting itself. let that thing sing man, its what theyre for. RV
  8. got pics? what motor? ive got an extra ea82 block RV
  9. itll be ready to ship on sat. morning. ill get prices friday. =)
  10. the only problem id forsee is the fact you are in a awd vehicle, not 4wd. your open center diff may give you fits if stuff gets slick. before you go up i kindly suggest you familiarize yourself with the characteristics, and therefore differances of both drivetrains.
  11. im assuming you did not hear the pump prime when you turn the key to the ''on'' position? is the coil plugged in? spark plug wires in correctly? usually th fp gates noisy waaaay before it stops functioning.
  12. stripped my first ej harness this week. good thing i live near PNP! a new ones only 40ish dollars. no powa to fp or ign relay. it cranks tho. (*********************). man, ive got more learning to do.
  13. remove ds kick panel/other panels. detatch fuseblock and pull it down out of the way (carefull not to damage stuff). the fp relay is up there above that stuff, near the firewall. the round one with a green connector is the one. there are others up there for your headlights. i was just in mine changing a HL relay and i saw it. HTH, RV
  14. glad to hear it worked out for ya. and it didnt cost a bunch of dough =)
  15. ok so its not this motor. but......... my tb breaking was a DIRECT result of crap getting into and not out of my tb covers. so, either have em buttoned up or get rid of em, regardless of engine type.
  16. i had a hole in my tb cover on my loyale. i didnt pay much attention to it until my tb broke. with a full load of stuff. on xmas morning when i was suppposed to be driving to oregon (PISSED!). had to take the saturn (suck). this is the day i learned ea82s are non-interferance. long story short, if youre running an ea82(i dont think i saw what motor you have) remove and dispose of your tb covers. they are nothing but in the way if yor not in a desert or something. .02
  17. i believe this will help. not trying to jack thread but cmon man at least keep on the same motor. you are right about the new price though, probably. telling people theyre wrong all the time doesnt help anybody.
  18. thats great but this is a ea82t we're talking about and at a junkyard it WOULD be a $5 part. or a pocket item.
  19. my wagon is lifted on 15'' steelies from a 91 mitsu montero. i think this could help because my offset is perfect. im on my phone so i cant post pics but i can send/email you some tho, if you pm me
  20. ill get everything ready to ship out by wednsday. slow down man, sheesh. lol
  21. the emblem is screwed in from behind. you can delete it yourself.
  22. i believe bleeding them in an oil bath is standard operating procedure
