  4. i put a carby motor in my 91 loyale. i left the spfi intake hooked up in car and just dropped in the carby longblock. not sure if your dl is carbed but the only shortfall is a slight compression drop (different pistons).
  5. yes, a string. wrap the string around the circumfrence of the belt, mark the string. measure length of said string. done.
  6. i have no sway bar on the front of mt 2" loyale wag. however i installed the rear susp from a gl10 turbo and now it has discs and a rear sb that it didnt have before. other than less understeer and a little body roll I think you should be ok even w/o the front sb. ive been thinking of taking the rear one off anyhow and im sure others run no sb's, just no track days now:-p RV
  7. i used to work at a gas station across the street from a casino. its funny how people come in and buy 8 bucks worth of gas with 50 cent pieces because thats all they have left (blackjack gives em to ya) when, the dayu before theyd be tipping me lol RV
  8. calipers are cheaper @ pnp. also accords are way more frequent than 240s. locally at least. ya ya, used parts i know. rebuild? RV

  11. replaced lower ball joints in the lifted loyale, along with (another) cvj. now it doesnt feel like the wheels are coming off:) RV
  12. could be axles or stuck/dragging brakes. check your calipers for slideabilty. they should move easily. hth
  13. ive also heard of a product called evaporust. its an enzyme that eats the stuff. good luck mate
