The best thread I know of for the 2", is now in the offroad mods section of the USRM. It is cheap and easy, but be prepared for the cost of new axles too, if they are old/original. Mine were with the SJR 4/3" lift, and even 1" over stock caused them to wear out pretty quick. Forget it if this is EA81.
