That's a great lookin wagon, real clean! Next step is adding a working hood scoop for that cooler? Very nice!

Isn't that wild? Our first born also had alot of hair but nothing like this little bugger!

Yeah that's a good idea, next time I swing through i'll have to get them. That is if I dont get shot first. I really want that white one, the loyale isn't too interesting to me as I've owned 3 of them so far.

Thanks man, yeah some company made a killing on selling the fabric haha. They are not very soft but this little trooper doesn't mind. It's still amazing to me how much your life changes by having a newborn, but definitely in a good way!

The Awesome Older Generation Picture Thread

Scooner 6, 1985 Subaru GL D/R, I traded a guy a gun and $150 for. Had been sitting for a long time because the battery was dead, I brought a battery the next night and drove it home. This is the car I did my first EJ22 swap on about 3 years ago, ended up selling to a dude named Mike in denver who has a subaru repair shop. I absolutely loved how raw nasty this one was. It was a complete sleeper and I beat many of people. -
Future USMB member, my 2nd son born yesterday at 3:52 pm, his name is Jack Porter Estep. The wait is finally over.

I remembered the guy I bought the car from, (Orion from Lafayette, CO) gave me two rear diffs when I bought the car. One was a welded and the other was original, thought it'd be interesting to see the inside and see exactly where guys weld them because I'd never seen one. So here it is, you can see the welds in the center so both axles spin together. Whoever did this did a good job the welds are thick and strong. On the outside of the case was marked W10 and 756. On the large ring inside it was stamped H39:10 BL 6 1 21. Maybe someone on here knows exactly what these numbers mean? Also, if someone else wants to buy these I dont need them.

I've got a 13' Outback Limited and I have done absolutely nothing to it haha, kind of funny actually. I've thought of doing exhaust, and blacked out rims but have literally done nothing. We even take it to the dealership for oil changes ha. You should dark tint your windows, the tint with a white car always looks sharp!

Was able to get the hitch and wiring done so I decided to take the boat for a spin around the block, tows quite nicely. This summer is going to be good!

I bought the standard 4 pin harness and sat there scratching my head because the brake lights and blinkers are two different lights on the loyale when the 4 pin is for hooking up something simple like an 94' F150. So after thinking about it and looking at my trailer lights I decided to make my own damn harness with plugs. I used some dash connectors from inside of the donor legacy dash and ran two new wires on the trailer to the outside marker lights of the trailer lights to use them as blinkers. It worked great and then I covered all the wiring with black plastic loom, tested it and it never made the brake light come on when I hit the brakes. So I've just decided to do my own wiring and connectors on any trailer I buy. I even drove around the neighborhood with the boat just to get a feel for it. Summer shall be awesome.

But probably not a lot purtier haha. -
A half inch??? Whats the point? Haha. If you drill your hubs out to 6 lug, pound out two of the studs then put a 6 lug wheel on the remaining two studs and put your lug nuts on and tighten em down. Now mark the remaining holes to be drilled, take it apart drill out your holes, I just used a 9/16 drill bit you can find the right bit to be able to pound on the stud if you want. After they are drilled and if you decide to use the bigger bit and weld the backs of the studs put your wheel back on and tighten the two previous lug nuts. Now put the other 4 lugs through and put lug nuts on them and tighten them. Now weld the backs of the studs and this will insure the studs are lined up perfectly. See I didn't do it this way and had to bang the studs around on the car which led to a wheel bearing failing because I was in a rush. Lessons learned.

That is exactly what I want in a brat, what a beaut! Seriously, somebody on here better buy it and for that price? You can't go wrong, wow. Too bad seattle is so far from southeast wyoming haha. -
Well you came to the right place for questions if you need help, I think you just just do a full blown EJ Swap, 6" lift, drilled hubs and bigger tires I mean seriously it only involves lots of time and money bro!

Nice buy, I'm over here in Cheyenne so kinds close? Ha. Anyways I'm not 100% sure with this style EA but the problem might lie in the coolant temp sensor. I had a 87' with the same problem and I changed out the sensor and and it changed its idle alot. I'm pretty sure the sensor tells the ecu what temp the engine is at so that it can adjust the fuel mixture? It's been quite awhile since I messed with it, the other problem I had was someone had adjusted everything else BEFORE changing the sensor so timing was off among other things. Give it a shot, I think the sensor was only $20 and is mounted in the coolant tube on the back passenger side under the intake. -
I love the good ol starter smack! Hopefully you got that thing in and it was successful. I always hated getting to that bottom nut. Im gonna hook up a trailer wiring harness tomorrow, should be about 60 which is nice.
