  1. Hey Blake! Welcome to USMB -- Youll find just about anything youll ever need here to keep your Loyale going in just about any form
  2. Little history... Ive been driving a Metro after losing my first Subaru. Now onto another one, a 1986 Subaru GL sedan. White exterior EA82 (non turbo) Great options, power windows, power steering, etc. One feature I dont like.. The steering wheel. I just feel like it has no support on the top, I push on it when I adjust myself in the seat, and it moves, TELL me I can change this... Is it just a simple unscrew? What other steering wheels can I get? Legacy? Loyale? jsut something better than what it is.
  3. So, what is there that I can do to a 1991 Legacy Wagon to give it more... power... MUCH more lol I dont know much about the wagon Im after, but I know its a 1991 Legacy LS Wagon. Has the EJ22 in it, but is there anything I can do to get a little more power to the wheels? I wanted to see if I could swap an EJ25 in it but all I hear is that they have CONSTANT problems and I dont want that.
  4. Thats really odd, I just realized I cant PM either I read that I have to enable it, so I went to the FAQs page and looked it up... 5. That is what it seems like! I have had no complaints, even a friendly apology for a little issue, so its no big deal and Im content... Metro got hit, insurance company will total it, may get another Subaru with the money which should be settled in a little over a week or so.
  6. Agreed... Yours do not look as good as the last two pictures posted... But yours look good... Id put them on a Subaru as a DD and just say the heck with it since they will look good spinning... The last two posters - I wouldnt put yours on a DD, yours are incredibly clean and Id put them on a show car lol. Nice job all of you
  7. A friend of mine bought a Subaru (85 DL) with 456k running and driving, on 2nd transmission, he was at 704k and the 4th transmission when I told him to get on a forum and ask about the brake issue and to brag about the mileage Hadnt seen a post, called him and his wife told me she had very bad news and was very sorry to inform me that he was hit by a drunk driver. My best friend is okay, but the Subaru is toast, body is mangled and engine caught fire My 2003 just died recently in a ditch and for 7 years old she had 194k on her, trips from Vancouver to Portland and Salem and Even up to the Canadian border a few times
  8. I hope so! I tried on another forum from my old mechanic shop and it seems as they are only into 2000+ WRXs and Outbacks. I really like the 1991 legacy on the for sale forum here and hope that the rest of the forum is as eye catching.
  9. Im jealous. Did a convoy go through Vancouver? I thought I saw like 6 of them go by me in my little Geo. Looks like fun, perhaps will join next year.
  10. Hey everyone I do not own a Subaru anymore, 03 WRX took a ride in the ditch. Might look for legacy, found a nice one that I offered on, hope I dont upset that kiddo that wants it.
