    my 01 outback has a wobble in the steering column over 65mph. New rotors and brake job done, rotation with good (less than 12000) mile rear tires with balance procedure performed. Condition still present . Car had no vehicular accidents, driven by my wife, maintained regularily. Any ideas or similar experience. NJ area
