  1. some things i dunno what youhave tried fuel filter plugs wires cap and rotor timing its likely one of these
  2. you might have to groove them to get the best out of them
  3. heres the thread that has a how to change to more readily available struts http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=50400
  4. heres my area linked because its a big pic no real mud all clay http://www.cijeep.com/images/1-22-2006-21.jpg http://www.cijeep.com/images/1-22-2006-15.jpg
  5. my jeeps was missing and i didnt even notice. soemwhere the end link bolt is laying in the road. i fixed it and its almost the same
  6. depends on the budget you can put in real coilovers in the rear. sway a way, fox etc. http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/product.php?productid=643&cat=34&page=1 sky is the limit! front you can upgrade to impreza struts with the right parts then you have a LOT of choices. for me and my lower budget i use the kyb gr2 with the kyb dust boot/bump stops. these bump stops are firmer than oem and more durable. the front gr2 for the ea82 could use more dampening. the rear is good to go
  7. its still no easy task even with the bolts out! what i did was to put a block of wood on a piston and use two head bolts across from each other to make a press.
  8. prabably the diffrent gear sizes. mathmatically close enough not to matter.
  9. why would high rpm make a car better? it would be way out of its power band just get a 323 GTX
  10. im so glad snow is over. nice weather
  11. the main problem as i see it is there isnt going to be much increased safety from a side roll. there wont be any diagonal supports so the whole structure has very little triangularisation.(is that a word) if combined with internal maybe, but seems like redundancy at that point.
  12. personally if you are going to that much work id be wroking on a buggy from scratch instead. no compromise design sounds better, no?
  13. i dont know why no one else is replying. is this a new thing or has it always behaved like this? can you smell the fuel at any point when you are driving is the exhaust system in decent condition?
  14. you have the correct base timing? thats really bad mileage, are the secondaries open all the time or choke stuck on? id swap a weber instead of the disty.
