To answer my own question-- yes. I checked with my Subaru dealer (Richmond, BC), and they are honoring the US warranty. AWESOME

Anyone know is this warranty is valid in Canada as well?

I just bought a '98 Outback with a frayed driver's seat belt-- anyone know if the warranty covers Canadian cars as well?
