Could you possibly check the inside of the tank and top of it if possible the black tar inside killed me twice and rust

how much for the gas tank? if its not in bad shape no rust if possible the last one a guy shipped was rusted like crazy.

looks fine from the out side lol and has a gas cap on it so i assume pretty clean inside.
