Sorry, I don't get on here as often as I used to. Those struts should work well for you. The height I am not 100% sure. I never did any measuring I just threw them on, and I could fit my tires so I was happy. You will have to use your stock rear top hats and you will need a spacer on the top of the shock cylinder (I used a washer and filed the opening a bit bigger). The fronts should (should!) bolt right up. The lateral link bracket will help bring your rear tires back a bit more centered in the wheel well but even with those I still had to massage (beat the living crap out of) the paneling right behind the rear doors to fit my 215/75r15 tires. Hopefully this helps you some.
