  1. likely you've got an oil pump leak so you're looking at a new front crank seal, oil pump oring.... and while you're in there I'd recommend: do the cam seals, any timing cover seals that look iffy and I'd highly recommend timing belt and water pump best to do it once you've torn it down since those items will need replacement anyway Jamie
  2. epoxy will probably work once it's cracked, they're pretty much ruined. good thing is a new bug guard is only $50-60... Jamie

  21. there is no turbo "kit" that will bolt right onto your car ***without heavy modification*** (engine/tubo, radiator, crossmember, sway bars, ecu, wiring and more....) There are turbo "kits" per se, but bolt them on without swapping the block/engine and you will literally melt the heads. if you want a turbo, best way to get one is to buy the car that comes with it - and buy the full warranty along with it. but if that's not in the cards, you can do a full engine swap. But it's got to be all or nada if you want the car reliable. Mind you, do something like this and your warranty is void as well as your car insurance unless you inform your agent of your modifications. good luck Jamie
  22. i'd recommend a gear fluid change now that you seem to have the problem sorted for now defo a gear box issue defo related to the center diff how often are you changing your gear oil? Jamie
  23. is the OBK a DOHC or an SOHC? 1999 had both, it could be either/or Jamie
  24. Please, go get a hydracarbon test before you crack the block chances are, it's HG failure keep driving on it, and you'll need an entire shortblock replacement Jamie
