  1. I'd rather have that than the bed liner.
  2. http://www.westcoastsubarushow.com/
  3. Check the part #'s on the struts themselves. Fronts will be 235633 and rears will be 335021 if they have been changed to to OB struts.
  4. Have you installed this yet? Pics?
  5. Check your front blocks too. My ALK blocks bent laterally and twisted. The pic below is after only two trips to Walker. My rear trailing arm blocks are also bent about 3/4" down at the front where the mustache bar attaches. Here's a pic of the ALK block. The other side isn't as bad but still bent laterally about 1/2". Thankfully Scott warrantied them. New lift blocks are in place now but not as beefy looking as the pics on the web site. I was expecting square tubing to tie the pieces together but it's only angle iron. Also, I had to take a uni-bit to one of the blocks because the holes didn't line up exactly. Waiting on the trailing arm blocks before I do any trail testing.
  6. Not this time. Getting ready to move in June so there is tons of packing and cleaning up to do.
  7. Ferp check your motor mounts. You shouldn't be lifting up that much.
  8. I've broken a few of them. I haven't beefed any thing up though. I've been too busy playing with the Impreza.
  9. From what I've seen most lifted EJ's are just pavement princesses. I can count on one hand the ones that actually do any serious off road and that includes both of us.
  10. I've got the same issue right now too. Man I wish Ivan was closer. My pan was dented so I pounded it out and changed the filter. Minimals shavings and everything else looked ok so I put it back together. Still no luck. Once it's in 2nd it shifts fine through the rest of the gears but getting to 2nd is a PITA.
  11. Torxxx The 03 OB driveline is the one you want. Carrier mounts in the same spot but needs longer bolts and spacers to keep from rubbing on the rear diff mount. Since you have the skills make your own trans mount and tuck it up higher. Redrilling the stock trans mount and using a wedge sucks. Shift linkage shouldn't interfere with dual e-brakes.
  12. I had a skid plate on until it got ripped off here... You can kind of make out where my skid plate was hitting the dirt. The pics in this thread really don't do justice to the actually size of the obstacles and the depth of the ruts. Not only did I have my skid plate torn off that day but my exhaust (axle back) too.
  13. LOL... not really. I just never saw a reason to swap out the stock diff until I got a welded one. The ratio's aren't that far off anyway.
  14. It's magic! Yes I only put it in 4WD when off-road. 4WD on pavement is a big no-no in that car.
