  1. I have a stub shaft from old driveshaft put it in no leaks and turn in gear to line up i just used the end as a plug save hours and no oil drain nessasary
  2. still want to see the map / boost / wastegate /preshure senser setup this is a finiky setup that all must see eachother to work do a ohm check from maf to ecu one pin at a time check for broken maff wire at conector 1/4 - 1 inch in broken harness ? also dose it have stock air fillter pluming ? We have found must have a bend in intake pipe and be fairly long before the maff thiss distance is critical to the speed of the air. One of the drift boys was having a problem with this on his drift car with short large intake boot with k@n fillter
  3. Is the shaft same as 2wd 3 speed ? have a core 2wd one on ground
  4. Have 2 4 speed deul ranges in pile both good
  5. keep all managment matched to car cam gears crank gear intake ect and should be no problems
  6. moved the o2 outa the main exhasut streem think it was pulling back feul when nos extra feul came on to smart bugger. Anyway stays in the green now also droped are nos jets down from 0.26 to a 0.22 hope that helps it hold up

  8. For that price can buy a millermatic and weld it up yourself Not a bad idea i go to local parts store and look at the wall of pipes till i find the one i whant and make my own premade exhaust peices are realy cheap as long as your no after catts. I made a compleate exhaust for my 75 dodge motorhome for 200 $ all new from front to back and with the help of cheap pipe expander was able to make it all with clamps and hangers dident even have to weld anything
  9. If you take a trans from 90-93 loyale remove guts and use your impreza trans guts in your loyale case gives you a awd trans with ea81-82 bolt up the engine whould fitt sloting mount holes might need to be done. Loyale clutch / flywheel and a ton of time making hoses ect work but could be done will be a gutless wonder but cheap on gas
  10. some were check under valve cover see if has rollers on the end of rockers or not ? if rollers bent valves if hydros ok like stated should be ok but never know if engine may have been changed for later one
  11. are you shure its 4.11 ? If so I dont have one all mine are 4.44 you may have hard time finding a 4.11 darn oly have outback / and forester trans
  12. the control keyless entry mod might bo on older cars have you naroowed down the imoblizer wire on ecu ? and have you treid a noid light on injectors i have a cut down wire harness for 3.0 h6 could check specific wires if needed but dose sound like you may have damaged ecu I had one i ruined lost spark and feul but could see the burnt trace inside ecu have repiared some ecus but is very difacult because is so small inside
  13. Grim I did a front clip on a outback recently took many hours and some very percition welding and layering the new sheet meatal must overlap the origanal meatal and should be bolted and welded and braced if any change it may be weak I had cut the car just in front of engine cradle. Then overlaped the new front useing the engine xmember to hold and line it up on the new front clip i cut it so that top and bottom of frame rails were they go to the engine cradle were still there when was done had 4 layers of meatal bolted thru engine xmember and then was able to weld rest up is important to make reference points that the new clip can be lined up with the old one
  14. Digital dash ? they always had problems with unreliabble temp gauges install aftermarket one this is not a car to run with no temp gauge
  15. Fuseabble links in under hood fuse box use test light on both sides check for bad fussabble link or may have alt fuse under dash

  17. They seem to run and make the best power on stock exhaust have seen no prof of power gains from removing stock one
  18. Ya right locked is locked it may break lose but break being key word Tear it down and fix it takes me about 1 -3 hours to go thru that trans is very easy to teardown. Has no band or drum to fight. If you need hard parts i have 4 core phase two 4eats
