    Takes me two hrs to teardown and redo reverse clutch pack don't even have to pull the pan can remove whole internals in one large piece and get to the good stuff the nice thing is no fancy tools needed just flat screwdriver and 14 mm do have to back the band add off

    Had a lengthy Talk with a friend tech about this and were thinking about drilling the banjo bolts bigger to increase flow to turbo he is on his 2nd turbo in his outback keeps blowing up

    In 2wd the shaft is non loaded so it turns with diff but not with 4x4 gears so you can hear the shaft rocking on Ujoint when in 4x4 the shaft is loaded by 4x4 gears keeping Ujiont under constant load making noise stop.

    The ej2.5 early ones say twin cam on valve cover late ones do not diferent plug wires is one year that is late model engine early coil pack is 97-98 has female coil after 98 is male coil ends

    Yes has two hole in it tap them out with 8.125 tap the you can use a puller on it to remove it with steering wheel puller and two bolts

    Remove oil feed line screens they plug and stop oil flow to turbo
