  1. buggy kicked rump roast thiss weekend 3rd place in B class and deep hole champ swims like a fish even in 4ft of mud new engine is so strong comes off the ground when it luanchs the 20 shot of nitros and the 550 injectors made all the differance it just roars

  3. just restored a 79 brat took me six months and 5000$ to restore it but looks like new how many brats do you have ?
  4. while you have cam caiers apart take the plunger that has the sping behind it and stretch the sping about a 1/4 to increse the oil preshure its in the top part of cam caier is a 14 mm bolt that holds the oil tube on do thiss to both sides

  6. valves change in 83 the differance is whether has extra two bolts on lower part of head 10 mm s if has bolts ealy if no bolts late the late one has bigger valves posibly longer to
  7. i put some big injectors in race buggy but they where to big and overfeuled is there anyway to slow down the pulse width to get them to move less feul ? anyone messed with thiss ?

  9. Aluminum subaru wheel like to come loose check tourque have had many come to my shop with loose nuts some even mising some the rims ar tight where the center hole is and tighten up on center not on studs after driving for a bitt they work loose seems to only happen to aluinum rims
  10. pumps over heating when you put in gas it cools down change pump if was oring whould have low preshure through all ranges
  11. Trying to convert my single cam intake to take the side feed injectors having a problem geting enuff feul to race engine the 2.5 phase two injectors suck cant seem to move any amount of feul so have some 850 cc injectors but for twin cam engine has anyone done thiss swap ?
  12. feul pump low output staving the one side i doubt timing had one of those engines with 380000kms no chain ishues i dont think it can jump phisicaly cant happen to many chain gudies cracked plugs or tracked coil boot or coils pluged into wrong harness conector
  13. Ya that thing anyway the silacon diafram inside it gets holed and whont hold vacume
  14. make shure they check the crank to see if its bent of the 6 i had turned 5 were bent and had to be straitend
  15. had thiss twice thiss week its the plastic diafram egr controler valve above the egr has 3 lines on top and one on bottom the diafram ruptures and will not hold vacume suck on the bottom line if holds ok if leaks no good i think its from mostrue geting in and freezing in winter
  16. The addvantage is that the heads match the intake and give better power out of the 2.2 was not the heads that were problem on the 2.5d was the bottom end
  17. dont know she not home yet cheap i hope the last set that i got cost me 500$ with no frame or belts are very rare round theese parts
