  3. I want to buy a winch for the 86 Brat. What size capacity winch should I buy? Will a 2000 lb capacity winch do the job? Thank you Mike
  4. Thank you both for the input. I bought them. A set of 4 for $65.00 plus shipping cost of $45.00. I intend on using them for offroad unless they look way too good. I have a set of 15 inch Pug alloys for street. Would you mind sending the pics on the lug nuts The Sucker King? Either here or email me at stinkydogfilms@sbcglobal.net Thank you also for the tire size input turbosubarubrat, that helps. Thanks again, Mike

  12. Hi, I am going be towing my 86 Brat (with a 5 speed) 16 miles across town using a 2003 Grand Caravan with a UHaul installed hitch. I am thinking about buying a Walmart tow bar since I need to tow 3 other cars two miles each. Is a tow bar easy and fairly safe to use? Can I just put the Brat in neutral and tow it driving slow on city streets? I will not be towing on the freeway. Should I tie/secure the steering wheel with the steering wheel unlocked so it don't turn too much on turns? http://www.walmart.com/ip/Reese-Towpower-Adjustable-Tow-Bar/15125825#Item+Description Any advice is welcomed.

  14. I am interedted in the dash pads.

My address for shipping is 77092. If they do fit an 86 Brat, I would like to buy both of the Blue if shipping is not a deal killer.

    Thank you,

    Mike

  15. Hi, I just bought a Brat a few months ago. One of the fog light lenses is broke. They look like the one you had that was in service as a turn lamp. Would you like to sell the one fog light if you still have it? Thank you, Mike
  16. Please keep me in mind for the Pug lug nuts.

Rims look great. Awesome care in the packing.

    Thank you,

    Mike

  17. Is the 81 timing chain or belt then? Thank you, Mike
  18. I did not know that. I thought the 82 was better. Again I am very new to subies. Any model numbers for the weber carb swap? Do I need to change the intake? Are there any threads in the forums that may better educate me about Brats and EA motors? Thank you again,
  19. On a stock 86 Brat with no lift How wide and how tall of tires can I go with on the 14 inch alloy pugs without rubbing? Both questions for 15 alloy pugs? Thank you, Mike
